CIPM membership can be an added advantage

Must be computer literate.
Summary of Responsibility:
Assist the HRM with staff requirements in the Mill. Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth. Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paper works. Educate staff on HR policies, practices and procedures.
