?Coordinates and plans the maintenance schedule for all the facilities;
?Develops, implements and manages building management plan for each
?Oversees all maintenance and repair of the company
?Plans, organizes, directs, and inspects the work of building maintenance crews;
?Prepares specifications for special contract items;
?Reviews plans and specifications and makes recommendations as to
maintenance and operation of new facilities prior to and during construction;
?Prepares budget estimates, makes recommendations and controls
?Supervises and evaluates performance of the Facilities Management Section;
?Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround
times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to
provide quality seamless customer service.
Required Knowledge, Skills
?Building maintenance and repair methods and requirements.
?Work operational systems, procedures, standards and practices in various building tasks.
?Mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, water treatment systems, and related preventive maintenance programs.
*practices of personnel management and supervision.
?practices of budget preparation and administration.
?practices of building management methods.
?Review or check the work product of others to ensure conformance to standards.
?Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
