To provide technical business solution consultancy during the presales process to secure new business for the company in the area of Cloud Services, IT Outsourcing & HR Managed Services.
The successful candidate will also assist the Sales team to drive our managed services business - outsourced services and other services-as-a-product such as; centralized service Desk, security, and network monitoring. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical presales support to the sales team including assisting with invitations to tender, conducting technical workshops, helping quantify services proposals, conducting demonstrations and presentations in accordance with customer requirements
Assist sales team in prospecting with relevant pitch and market/company specific data
Support the sales teams during engagements by providing advice, planning and technical solution design for cloud or managed services and assisting sales with solution costing
Hardware Sizing as required for customers who require an on premise solution
Deliver solution presentations tailored to the customers' requirements
Work with Sales team on opportunities to maximise revenue for technical services
Acquire and maintain high level of knowledge and skills, keep a--- of changes and issues in the area of speciality / expertise, and disseminate information to other members of the team
To research the market and bring to the attention of the team hot topics and business issues which the company could potentially offer solutions to
Adhere to Company documentation and quality standards at all times
Ensure the very highest levels of customer service are provided at all times, for both internal and external customers
Provide weekly reports to sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on pipeline, probable deals etc. for planning and tracking business growth
Anchoring client visits ? from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, story board for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos / team discussions and front ending the discussion Conduct primary and secondary research; generate and qualify market analytics/research
Generate Collaterals, Case Studies, White Papers, etc and assist Sales in pitch evangelism
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS
Educated to degree level of equivalent
Previous experience in a presales or other customer-facing role (Optional)
Consultative selling approach
Ability to influence / negotiate
Previous technical/experience in area of Cloud / Managed Services (Not mandatory)
Experience of presenting solutions to Senior Executive

PSG Sales Lead, position will be responsible for managing wide Portfolio of existing & new Public Sector accounts, forming strong relationships with key decision markers, drive revenue through team members and performance of all sales activities relating to the solutions offering by the company.
He/ She will be trusted as Public Sector Technology expert and support each account by developing solutions which meet current and future needs of the customer and new Public sector businesses.
This role will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of working in the Public Sector. JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide effective account management to existing Public Sector Accounts, maximizing revenues and identifying new business opportunities.
New Business Prospecting and Development.
Driving engagements with key decision makers in Public sector opportunities that will influence closure and ensuring revenue growth for Corporate Account workloads.
Build strong relationships within each Account by gaining trust at different levels, qualifying the key decision makers and influencers and proposing the right solution from company?s business portfolio.
Acquire competitor insight on products, pricing, marketing performance, strengths and weaknesses.
Ensure best practice in your approach to account planning and fitting solutions to customer requirements.
Participate in sales events and pro-actively network at these events to grow pipeline and businesses.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Manage Turnaround time on Purchase order.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum 5-10 years? experience in selling to enterprise and Public sector.
Minimum HND, BSC, MBA, MSC in any discipline.
Involved in end to end sales in current job profile.
Applicants must have a Public Sector sales background and should be able to demonstrate previous success in this sector.
Ability to diagnose/analyze complex sales and technical situations whilst establishing a trusted relationship at C level engagements.
Able to demonstrate previous experience of growing and retaining public sector accounts.
Sound business acumen & commercial / financial awareness.
