JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking and distributing minutes at meetings
Filling and keeping proper documentation, maintaining office files
Disbursing and keeping record of petty cash and inventory of assets
Carrying out research
Front desk and reception services.
Perform other related duties as required
Prepare reports on correspondences and outreaches
REQUIREMENTS
Must have HND/BSC or its equivalent
Minimum of 2 years work experience working in an administrative capacity
Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Must have efficient computer skills and be able to operate spreadsheet, word processing programs and excel
Should have time management skills
