Position: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
An international company that is into business management,business branding and repackaging require the services of qualified personnels to fill this position.
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist in the following H. R. disciplines:
New Hire Orientation
In addition to the above areas, the Human Resources Administrator will assist in creating a welcoming, upbeat and fun work environment.
Support recruiting function with parts of the recruiting process that includes: candidate screening, scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and completing new hire paperwork.
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in the payroll system. *Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all employees with dignity and respect.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Human Resources related projects.
Consults and helps plan daily activities with General Manager; manages the activities of supervisors and staff.
Provides supervision, guidance and support to store staff.
Works with on-site jobbers and sales representatives.
Communicates with home office personnel.
