The Deputy Manager has to :
* assist the Head, consultation Center to develop and maintain the technical skills necessary to the design and the realization of projects of electric installations and control of industrial and tertiary processes.
* assist the Head, Consultation Center in ensuring the coherence and the technico-economic optimization of the offers by supporting synergies with the UER
* assist the head, Consultation Center in ensuring the competitiveness of the offers and the control of the achievements by seeking the productivity and by improving the means of realization.
The Deputy Manager have to :
The interested party endeavours to apply for itself and to make apply by his collaborators the Charter of Schneider Management in all his components
To take part in the development of the strategic and operational plans of Schneider Electric Nigeria
To ensure an optimal management short term and long term of the men, methods and tools, while taking care of the good balance between the various expertise and qualification levels.
To ensure a thorough technical training of the market suppliers, and interns as external.
To ensure overall the technico-economic competitiveness of the offers and the technical control of the achievements.
To take care of the definition and the use of adapted and optimal working methods.
To take care of the organization and the effective exploitation of the office plurality of experiment.
To coordinate the actions of its heads of groups with respect to the other internal or external entities.
To ensure the safeguard of the technical data essential with the renewal of activity after a disaster.
In co-operation with marketing and sales:
To acquire good knowledge of the market segments and to impose Schneider solutions to these segments
To target customers and projects in order to secure good performance of projects activities
To participate with the members of his team at the commercials action by supporting technically the sales force and the network of partners (panel builders, installers, systems integrators, contractors)
To fulfil his budgetary obligations such as turnover, cost, margin, RE
To seek in terms of manpower and qualification, adequacy of the personnel to the loads of the service and the various teams.
To build a profitable and professional competency centre in term of equipment and project management
To mobilize the personnel on the objectives.
To support the autonomy of the personnel and to prepare his internal or external evolution.
To promote the procedures and instructions as tools of effectiveness and productivity.
To take care of optimization and the up to date behaviour of the procedures and instructions.

Bsc or HNd in Electric electronics, Msc or MBA
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Project Design and implementation.
Experience in leading a Proejct and Service Team isvery critical for this position
