1.    PROJECT MANAGER
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer
15 years experience in design and construction of onshore and offshore oil and gas production
facilities plus another 3 years as Project Manager.  Thorough knowledge of all aspects of
project management including scope, resource, cost, quality, communications, risk and
procurement management, demonstrated experience as Project Manager in at least 2 major projects

2.      PROJECT SERVICES MANAGER
Minimum Education & Experience:
Incumbent must be a graduate in a technical discipline with a working knowledge of and
experience in implementing business control and project management principles and practices
Project Management Institute?s Project Management Body of Knowledge.  PMI's PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification is desirable but not required.
Prior experience with major E&P development projects is desired but not required.  Experience
in design/construction and project management of oil and gas facilities is essential.
Experience with development and implementation of project management processes
Experience should be a minimum of 15 years in E&P environment plus another 3 years as
Project Services Manager.  Must have excellent inter-personal, negotiating and leadership skills
as well as good communications skills (i. e.  strong listening, report writing and presentation)
Working knowledge of the Shell financial system and SAP is essential.
Excellent PC skills, with emphasis on database and data analysis skills
3.     PROJECT CONTROLS LEADER
Minimum Education & Experience
A university degree in Engineering or Science, with a minimum of 12 -15 years of experience
in the E&P business, preferably in a project environment.  Working knowledge of a broad
range of Cost Control/ Estimating Systems, Tools and Practices.  Good inter-personal and
leadership skills.  Good communications skills (i. e.  report writing and presentation) are
essential.

4.     PRINCIPAL PROJECT ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer
10 years to 15 years of experience in design and construction of onshore and offshore oil and
gas production facilities.
Overseas experience in the areas of process/mechanical, piping, structural, electrical and
instrumentation engineering.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of project management including scope, resource, cost,
quality, communications, risk and procurement management.
Demonstrated experience as Project Manager in at least 3 projects .

5.     SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or other branches of engineering as appropriate)
Registered Professional Engineer
6 years to 10 years of related experience in engineering and project management activities
8 year experience in oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects
Broad knowledge of oil and gas facilities and project management
Demonstrated experience working on at least 3 projects of at least $15 MM total value

6.     PROJECT ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
3 years to 6 years Experience in oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects
Broad knowledge of oil and gas facilities and project management
Demonstrated experience working on at least 3 projects .

7.     QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR
Minimum Education & Experience
Shall have a recognised B. Sc.  Degree in engineering or the sciences with at least 12 years
relevant experience in quality management in an engineering company.  It is a requirement
that the QAM shall have in preparation and implementation of a quality assurance programme
in accordance with ISO 9001.

8.     QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Project Engineering, Project Services or Technical Discipline background preferred.
Prior experience on a large complex project preferred.
Experience working in similar QA-QC jobs
Direct experience with management of HSSE & SP risks would be advantageous.
Good communication skills and attitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to
work in multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in working in harsh geographical and /or technical environments (e. g.  temperature
extremes) is desirable

9.     OPERATIONS READINESS SUPRINTENDENT
Minimum Education & Experience
Should have a B. Sc/HND or equiv.  in Engineering with at least 10 - 15 years experience in oil
& gas operations, out of which 8 yrs has been spent in E&P production & maintenance field
operations.
Experience in the HSE function, managing HSE in the line and full familiarity with HSE
policies, standards and procedures, in particular EP 95000.  Experience in the preparation and
implementation of HSE Management Systems and HSE cases.  Good analytical and
communication skills.  Self-starting ability, driven to succeed, and a proven achiever.
Proven ability to deliver in a challenging environment.  A strong team player with Excellent
Production Operations background in Leadership positions.

10.     SENIOR OPERATIONS READINESS ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Should have a B. Sc/HND or equiv.  in Engineering with at least 6- 10 years experience in oil &
gas operations, out of which 7 yrs has been spent in E&P production & maintenance field
operations.
Experience in the HSE function, managing HSE in the line and full familiarity with  HSE

12.    TRAINEE ENGINEER (All disciplines)
Engineering graduate in a relevant discipline
Must have 1-3 years post graduation experience in oil and gas industry.  Must be willing to be
a good team player and learn from more experienced engineers.  Must be familiar with relevant
codes and standards, oil and gas industry design specifications and practices, and have a
working knowledge of the latest design and analytical techniques and software programs used
in the industry.

13.    PRINCIPAL PROCESS ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
10 years to 15 years working experiences in the discipline, of which 12 years should include
working in design work associated with oil / gas production and processing facilities including
planning, supervision , training/competence development for junior engineers.
Thorough knowledge of oil field engineering and construction methods including its practice
and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in working on engineering teams on at least 3 projects.
Good supervisory qualities and experience, including good communication skills.

14.    SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Minimum education & Experience

? 6 years to 10 years working experiences in the discipline on oil field, petrochemical, or oil

A recognised Bachelor?s degree in the relevant branch of Engineering
10 years to 15 years working experience in pipeline engineering of which a minimum of 12
years should be working experience on oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling
projects, including working overseas in pipeline design and construction work associated on
land and in the swamp, including planning, supervision, training/competence development for
junior engineers.  Swamp pipeline experience is a requirement for this position.
Thorough knowledge of oil field engineering and construction methods including its practice
and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in working on engineering teams on at least 3 projects  .
Good supervisory qualities and experience, including good communication skills.
Familiar with codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to the design and
construction of offshore pipelines.

20.    SENIOR PIPELINE ENGINEER
Should have a recognised B. Sc.  Degree in a relevant branch of engineering, and be a
registered professional engineer, with at least 6 years to 10 years of relevant working
experience including working in pipeline design and construction work associated on land and
in the swamp, including planning, supervision, training/competence development for junior
engineers.  Swamp pipeline experience is a requirement for this position.

21.    PIPELINE ENGINEER
Educational qualification as in (5. 2) but with at least 3 years to 6 years of pipeline engineering
experience for land and swamp pipelines.

22.    LEAD PLANNER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in engineering OR Computing
10 -15years experience in project controls across all aspects of projects, including design,
construction, procurement, construction and installation.
8 years experience related to oil facilities, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including producing and maintaining resource
loaded schedules using commercial packages such as PRIMAVERA, Microsoft project and all
Microsoft office products.
Perform Business Planning activities on at least 6 major projects or operations with combined
total value of approximately $25MM within the last 8 years.

23.     SENIOR PLANNER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in engineering or computing relevant to discipline
6 - 10years working experience in the control of major oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas
handling projects with 5 years minimum in positions involving project cost control,
planning/scheduling, estimating and reporting
Should have experience in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of
resources and activity durations on construction project.  Must have performed Business
Planning activities on at least 3 major projects or operations .
Must be knowledgeable in the use of standard software programs used in developing bar
chart, CPM network, S-Curve schedule, manpower histogram etc.

24.     PLANNING ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in engineering
3 - 6years experience in project controls across all aspects of projects, including design,
construction, procurement, construction and installation.
5 years experience related to oil facilities, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including producing and maintaining resource
loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft project and all Microsoft
office products.

25.     PLANNING/BUSINESS ANALYST
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in engineering relevant to discipline
10years working experience in the control of major oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas
handling projects
Experience in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of resources and activity
durations on construction project.
Performed Business Planning activities on at least 3 projects or operations .

26.    SENIOR COST ENGINEER
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering
6 - 10 years of related experience.  5 years working experience in the cost control and
estimating of major oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including all Microsoft products.

27.    COST ENGINEER
Educational qualification as in (#27) but with at least 3 - 6 years experience on the cost
engineering.

28.     DESIGNERS/DRAUGHTSMEN
The work requires Designers and Draftsmen with extensive multi-discipline hands on
experience with AVEVA?s 3D PDMS (Plant Design Management Software) and AutoCAD suite
of software including StruCAD, Ceasar II Stress Analysis, and AXIS Process Analysis 2D
Schematics.  Ability to work in and interface with multi-discipline engineering groups in support
of total engineering design groups including process, mechanical, pipeline, structural,
electrical, instrumentation, control systems, stress analysis and EP construction organization
is vital.
Designer/Drafters must possess intermediate to extensive experience (onshore -including
swamp - and/or offshore) and broad knowledge in the timely creation and delivery of FEED
and detail design fabrication deliverables.  This would include experience with Process Flow
Diagrams (PFD), General Arrangement Drawings (GA), Process Engineering Flow Schemes
(PEFS), I&E general schematics, regulatory government 2D schematics, vessel trim, vessel
design, Weight & CG take-off?s, Material Take-off?s (MTO?s), isometrics, pipe supports,
primary/secondary steel design, cable tray routing, fabrication best practices, ergonomic
awareness for operability & maintainability, HSE best practices and general drafting/detail
design experience.

29.     DRAUGHTING COORDINATOR
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelors degree with 8-12 years of upstream oil and gas design experience, Or
Associates Degree with 10-14 years of upstream oil and gas design experience Or
No degree with 12-16 years of equivalent technical experience of which 9-12 years are in
upstream oil and gas design
Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD 2000i and the Rebis design packages are a
requirement
Ability to work in dual units (English and SI) is a requirement
A working knowledge of MS office Products

30.    SENIOR DESIGNER
Minimum Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree with 5 years of upstream oil and gas design experience, Or
Associate degree with 8 years of upstream oil and gas design experience, Or
No degree with 10 years of equivalent technical experience of which 8 years are in upstream
oil and gas design.
Senior piping designers will have experience in structural design and mapping.
A thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD 2000i and Rebis design packages are a
requirement
Ability to work in dual units (English and SI) is a requirement

31.    DESIGNER

33.     AUTOCAD DRAUGHTSMAN
Minimum Education & Experience
Associate Degree with 2 years of upstream oil and gas design experience, OR
High School graduate with 4 years equivalent technical experience of which 2 years are in
upstream oil and gas design.
A thorough working knowledge of Auto CAD 2000i and the Rebis design packages are a
requirement.
Ability to work in dual units (English and SI) is a requirement.
A working knowledge of MS Office Products

34.    PDMS ADMINISTRATOR
Must have Higher Diploma or equivalent with at least 15 years of relevant experience.  Must have
hands on experience of the design tools and work processes for the design of oil and gas facilities.
Has a strong background in detailed design projects and EPC projects and deliverables, as well as
pipelines, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation and P&ID knowledge.  Is knowledgeable of
PDMS, REVIEW, and AutoCAD (to include PDMS database administration knowledge and exposure).
Is proficient in the use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project) and strong
verbal and written communication skills are imperative.  Must have experience in managing
performance agreements and project work plans for multiple projects and in training and formal
competence development programmes.
In addition should be knowledgeable of oil and gas production facility design standards; Is proficient in
2D and 3D CAD with at least 12-15 years of industry experience including PDMS/REVIEW/AutoCAD
knowledge and PDMS Database Administration and data management philosophy experience.  Has
data management philosophy/experience, system administration support experience, strong
programming/macro writing skills, quality control/checking skills, and knowledge of fabrication
techniques.  Has hardware knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint, Project).  Has complete knowledge of the SAP cost accounting system.  Has experience
in licensing and purchasing procedures.
