This is a new year with so many frightening forecast but i feel with all these forecast one should still be able to do something. In making inquiry about the various opportunity to make use of in the year. I met a friend that in me about where they are selling an acre of land with all the necessary doc*ment for #150. 000 and the price can be negotiated. Pls tell about more opportunity for the year.

somewhere in osun state i learnt that people are rushing for it now using it for palm plantation. And from the way it is. it seem to be very lucrative with very little or no risk at all.

Lands are cheaper out of towns, due to land of the neccessary amenities there.
