A police officer by name Friday Ifeanye with number that starts with 14. . . . , The rest of it I can't remember.  Yesterday arrested me under mile1 flyover for not carrying my laptop receipt with me and took me to mile1 police station here in Port Harcourt and they ended up collecting five thousand naira for me to go home with my laptop.  It's just painful that the police that is suppose to protect law abiding citizens are the ones exploiting and extorting money from innocent citizens.
I have no power to fight him back but just want to create the awareness of what is happening at mile1 under flyover here in Port Harcourt.  Fight corrupt police officer.
