Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience as a graphic designer or in related field
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
A strong eye for visual composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Experience with computer-aided design.


6-8 years in a Hard core Consumer Sales organization – FMCG , FMCD , Consumer electronics, Consumer durables – as a Sales Coordinator.
Should have very strong analytical skills in handling Data / reprtings without creating any mistakes in the figures presented. Must have experience in Data management / MIS reporting area only preferably attached to Top Management
Managing MIS , making Sales reports for Top Management , Coordinating with Field sales team collecting data, Daily sales data , Daily billings etc. and Processing this data and generating reports for Top Mangement on daily basis.
Should be well conversant in using all basic functions on Computer including thorough in Excel including using Excel Tools
Should be able to generate Reports as desired in different formats , Graphical presentation, Make power point presentations etc for CEO
Should be good in maintaining all sales records and be able to give /present all past data DTD ,MTD, YTD/ any form whenever needed.
Coordinate with other departments on behalf of CEO for day to day business information as asked.


Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
Assists with or performs administrative tasks
Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work
Service Manager Skills and Qualifications
Previous Service Experience, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Management Experience, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving, Degree in Business or Administration.

Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position.
Must have hands on experience in mobile/electronics industries.


MBA or Advertizing course or Social Media/ Digital advertising course.
3-6 yrs of experience
Mainly with strong Digital and Social advertising experience having worked in an Ad agency or even with a Company ( Client side).
Should be thorough with all Digital advertising parameters and technical analysis, output tracking , costs calculations for Digital campaigns etc.

The right candidate should have:
Managed Advertizing , Promotions , Communication , BTL activities Collaterals & management for the Brands of the Company where sales are done in a Retail , mom & pop shop environments or experience with an Advertizing Company in Client Management.
Experience in various aspects of Advertizing including Brand strategy , Creative strategy , 360 degree Media Plans. Or Better a mixed experience in Both Ad agency as well as Company side in Advertizing/ Marketing department.
Managed Advertizing agencies.
Understanding of consumer behaviour for consumer products advertising.
Thorough knowledge of Media planning and impact of various media including sound understanding and experience in Digital and social media advertising.


Candidates must have experience in all of these:

Assists customers by directing and escorting them to racks and counters while suggesting items.
Provides useful information on displayed products to aid the buying decision
Helps customer make selections by stimulating customer interest and offering suggestions and opinions.
Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash and store or other payment options such as credit cards.
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer purchases and future merchandise of potential interest.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing laid-down tasks and results as required.
