Ayoola Foods Ltd was founded by Engr. Segun Emmanuel Olaye, who is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He bagged his Masters Degree at Odessa Engineering Institute in 1984 in the former Soviet Union, now Ukraine. During his six-year stay abroad, he missed a lot of African delicacies which was not available then in Odessa, USSR. This led to conception of Ayoola Foods Ltd in 1991 and was registered as Food processing, Packaging, Marketing and Consulting Company.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (EAST)

Location: East
Reporting To: Head of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION
Achieves the East Region?s revenue volume and value targets for each SKU.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth by focusing on secondary sales.
Directs the selling activities within the East Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
Leads the sub-ordinates, inclusive of managing performance, Mentoring, hiring and career development.
Responsible for the East Region?s forecasting and sales tracking.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Ability to identify business development opportunities within the region.

SPECIFIC TARGETS / OBJECTIVES
Achieve Sales value and volume for his region.
Make product available in every area within his region by expanding the distribution of products.
Make available New products or brands as per company strategy plan
Optimum stock to be maintained with all his distributors within his region.
Train all sales force within his region.
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 year(s)
MIN QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree/HND
DESIRED COURSES: Any Social Science Course

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5-10 years working experience of sales in FMCG
MUST have worked in a reputable FMCG for minimum of 5 years consecutively, especially in the East.
Age: Max age limit of 40 years
Proven leadership skills.
Supervisory and management experience.
Large team handling capability
Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
MUST speak Igbo language fluently

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION:
?Ibadan

RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION
Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
Implement the sales strategy within his/her sales territory.
Implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers
Responsible for product visibility in the market
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 year(s)

MIN QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree/HND

DESIRED COURSES: Any Social Science Course

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be able to drive with valid driver?s license.

DEPOT OFFICER

Locations: Ibadan

RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION
Possession of OND/NCE Certificate in Business related discipline ? Business Admin, Statistics or Mathematics from a reputable institution.
Experienced in the usage of Bin Cards
Strong numerical & analytical skills.
Demonstrable integrity.

SALES REPS SUPERVISOR (MALE)

Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets or set figures.
Developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics to achieve targets.
Ensuring that every sales team member works in a way which is directed towards achieving the desired sales figures.
Reports daily, weekly and monthly on sales, collections, advertising, promotion and competition.
Ensures that sales teams achieve sales and collection target
Stock management by supervision and control of request

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree with emphasis on marketing or business.
Good knowledge of Microsoft with emphasis on Word and Excel
MUST be able to drive POWER BIKE and with valid license
Good communication and Interpersonal skill
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an FMCG company
Honest, aggressive, dynamic and a team player
Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
