SALES OFFICER

LOCATION: Apapa, Lagos

SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage service distribution across all channels, thus growing portfolio.
Drive sales and marketing across all channels.
Organize and operate with daily itinerary of the sales team.
Find, co-ordinate and execute ad-hoc marketing events.
Manage all administrative tasks associated with sales, and customer engagement.

Develop a strong knowledge of Dragnet?s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Applicant?must have concluded NYSC
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Social Media tools like LinkedIn, twitter, SEO optimization e.t.c

GLOBAL TEST ADMINISTRATOR (GTA)

SUMMARY
The Individual will be expected to be Dynamic, confident, target driven, customer centric, motivated, diligent, takes initiative, Tech savvy and enjoys challenges.
The Individual will serve as the face of Dragnet at our Test Center(s) in Nigeria and will be expected to coordinate and oversee all day to day aspects of the administration of the testing activities conducted in a Test Center.
The successful Candidate will contribute to organization?s success through strategizing, planning and coordinating the Operations department in ensuring the department delivers best practice services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all tests and assessments are deployed in line with global standards
Planning, Scheduling, Administration and Review of all Testing operations in controlled/invigilated environments
Manage Operational Relationship with the Test Centres
Manage Test Centre; Commercial Relationship with Test Centres
Manage Test Administrators and ensure adequate staffing for the administration of the test
Resolve Candidates? issues with urgency
Maintain integrity and security of Testing processes and results
Manage the cost of execution
Proffer improvement initiatives in the Test Administration
Liaise with Finance on Invoicing of Clients

EXPERIENCE &?QUALIFICATION?REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor?s Degree in any discipline
Minimum of a year?s experience in a similar role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Sales & Media Communications department(s) to ensure already serviced and prospective clients are constantly engaged with sales/ media communications info, proposals and newsletters on products and services
Prepare a detailed work plan and schedule weekly and quarterly meetings to keep goals and objectives in sight at all times
Manage acquired mandates on products and services
Adopt a team approach with Sales, Operations, R & D, Media communications, Finance e.t.c
Develop, recommend and implement necessary program changes to meet the Clients? need and in turn generate more revenue for the business.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Ensure that the Job (Project) KPI?s are met and clients are satisfied with our services.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and also to meet clients KPIs
To constantly solicit feedback/referrals from Clients on our performance
Ensure that services are billed correctly to Clients and final invoices are sent to them at the conclusion of the job.
