SALES MANAGER (FOOD SEASONING)
Reporting to the Executive Director and the General Manager, you will direct the company’s sales program. You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. You will direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. In addition, you will develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management. Relevant experience in the food industry is essential. In addition, you must have extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements is equally essential. You must be willing to travel extensively. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams is a key performance indicator.
