JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Co-ordinate & manage development of enhanced documentation across all risk management projects
• Co-ordinate development of required information for FSA pre-application process for Internal models
• Support development of appropriate guidelines for risk policies formulation and standards for the Bank’s risk management process
• Support development of ERM framework across the bank
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
• A University degree from any reputable University plus an MBA are pre-requisites for the position
• 15 years post-graduate experience with at least 7 years at Senior Management level
• Minimum of 5 years in risk management
• Experience in development of risk framework in the Banking industry
• High standard of written documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues.
TREASURY: (Middle – Senior Management Levels)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow; forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
• Manage all aspects of in-house investment portfolios which include long-term and short-term investment strategies.
• Deal with multi currencies, assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes as required.
• Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on market conditions.
• Manage appropriate accounting procedures, evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations.
• Co-ordinate monthly Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO) meeting.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
• Good first degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or any related discipline plus an MBA.
• A qualified accountant with a treasury qualification and prior staff management experience.
• You will have extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis and models.
• You must have knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments together with general knowledge of GAAP and advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential.
• 10 – 15 years in the banking industry with at least 6 years in Treasury.
RETAIL BANKING: (Middle – Senior Management Levels)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Provide leadership, direction and operational management to the sales team.
• Responsible for managing and growing a P&L account of several millions in any currency.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement strategies in the Retail line.
• Prepare bids and negotiate sales terms and contracts with major players in the Retail sector.
• Strong appreciation knowledge of Basel Risk guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 10 – 15 years in the banking industry
• Good graduate caliber with a proven track record of developing business and growing revenue with major players in the Retail sector.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: (Middle – Senior Management Levels)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards
• Minimizing exposure and risk on project
• Manage and implement projects within a large scale corporate environment.
• Set up project management offices and be familiar with all associated KPI’s and metrics.

• Responsible for leading your team to prepare the monthly report along with detailed analysis and commentary for the board.
• Ability to drive the performance of the department by improving the month-end process thus enabling more time to be spent providing more detailed analysis to the business.
