To help meet new strategic directions, the following positions are now vacant in our company.
POSITION: HEAD OF MANAGED SERVICES: REF HMS
• To oversee the entire operations and strategy concerning Managed Services.
• Responsible for the operational direction with budget, profit and loss responsibility. Establishes growth strategy and objectives, coordinating with company strategy, goals and standards.
• Evaluate results to determine if performance objectives are met.
• Develops initiatives for improving the market share and penetration for the business. Ensure that plans and policies are understood and administered by the management team. Uses strategic objectives as basis for establishing performance measures and incentive programs for management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulates the strategy and the short-and long-term objectives of the business, including budget and ensure proper implementation.
• Oversees all functions for the operations such as preventive and event maintenance for all customers focused toward organizational goal and objectives.
• Plan and directs all policies and procedure within the operation.
• Stays current on all issues related to the Managed Services business in the market.
• Develops strategic plan for providing innovative services and improving the market share.
• Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on set objectives, targets and goals of the business.
• Integrate Financial Commercial and Operations business plans for optimal success
• Obtains agreement and involvement in the setting and communication of company’s strategy and objectives to teams.
• Ensures proper functioning of all accounts as per set objectives.
• Identifies business growth opportunities, maximizing revenue and profit.
• Ensure all financial controls and reconciliation systems are in place to support the operation
• Ensure sound financial record and balance credits.
• Ensure optimal management of business risks, in order to achieve financial objectives and targets.
• Creates awareness for financial control measures in the operation.
• Identifies and takes into account marketing of services to potential customers both on a local and international platform.
• Build relationships with communities, business partners and suppliers, in view of improving on the business risk.
• Organize staff, manage, motivate and develop the human resources within the business, in line with the HR strategy, to optimize contribution to business results and to be an employer of choice;
• Establish and maintain effective systems of communications with staffs.
• Represent the company with all customers in the concerned business.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
• Bachelor’s in Engineering preferably in Electrical Electronics & Communication.
• MBA or other managerial qualification from a recognized institution.
• Must have a strong background in Telecoms Operation.
• Minimum 3 years experience at Senior Management level with successful track record ideally for the same company
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the industry.
• An outstanding executor who excels in solving business problems and delivering solutions on time and on budget.
• Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
