HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
THE ROLE:
• HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER CO-ORDINATES THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF ONE OF THE COMPANY’S BREWERY LOCATIONS TO ENSURE THE OPTIMAL ENGAGEMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
• THESE INCLUDE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, RECRUITMENT, ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYEE RELATIONS POLICIES, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.
• THE ROLE ALSO HANDLES COMMUNITY RELATIONS ISSUES ARISING FROM THE RESPECTIVE HOST COMMUNITY.
• THE HRM REPORTS TO THE HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND IS BASED OUTSIDE LAGOS.
THE REQUIREMENTS
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HOVE (OR MEET) THE FOLLOWING:
• MINIMUM OF B.SC DEGREE AND A SECOND CLASS HONOURS (LOWER DIVISION), PREFERABLY IN THE SOCIAL SCIENCES
• MINIMUM OF FIVE(5) YEARS HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN A UNIONIZED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT OR FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS BUSINESS
• EVIDENCE AT HAVING PARTICIPATED IN THE NYSC SCHEME PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP (ASSOCIATE OR ABOVE) OF THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF NIGERIA (CIPMN)
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF LABOUR LEGISLATIONS
BRAND MANAGER
THE ROLE:
THE BRAND MANAGER REPORTS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER – COMMERCIAL AT OUR HEAD OFFICE IN LAGOS AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• VISIBILITY AND PENETRATION OF COMPANY BRANDS INTO THE NIGERIAN MARKET
• CO-DEVELOPMENT OF ANNUAL BRAND PLANS
• REGIONAL TRANSLATION AND GUIDANCE ON DEVELOPED MARKETING ACTIVITIES FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE NIGERIAN MARKET
• MONITORING MARKETING ACTIVITIES (REGULAR TRADE VISITS WITH SALES FORCE REQUIRED)
• DEVELOPMENT OF ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
• MANAGING RELATIONSHIP WITH ADVERTISING AGENCIES
• DEVELOPING PROMOTIONS
• DEVELOPMENT OF POINT OF SALES (POS) MATERIALS
• MANAGING AND MONITORING THE ANNUAL MARKETING BUDGET
• DELIVERING MONTHLY REPORTS
THE REQUIREMENTS
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE (OR MEET) THE FOLLOWING:

• A MASTERS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MARKETING OPTION) IS ON ADVANTAGE
• MINIMUM OF THREE TO FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING/ADVERTISING FUNCTION OF A REPUTABLE. MULTINATIONAL COMPANY OR ADVERTISING AGENCY
• MUST BE CUSTOMER-ORIENTED
• WITHIN THE AGE BRACKET OF 30-40 YEARS AS AT 1ST JANUARY 2010
