SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
• AS THE SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL SERVE AS THE CHAMPION TO ELEVATE THE ROLE MARKETING PLAYS IN THE MARKET SHARE ACQUISITION FOR THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS MIX PRIMARILY WITH MARKETING AND OTHER MAJOR DECISION MAKING TEAMS AT KEY ACCOUNTS.
• YOU ALSO MUST BE PREPARED TO WORK IN ANY PART OF THE COUNTRY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• CREATE PLANS TO PENETRATE, DEVELOP AND GROW STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH MARKETING PEERS AT KEY ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES.
• ASSESS THE CURRENT SITUATION AND NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT OR BRAND AND ASSESS THE MARKET PENETRATION SOLUTION OR INNOVATION
• CREATE BUSINESS PLANS TO PENETRATE KEY ACCOUNTS AT STRATEGIC POINTS OF ENTRY
• DRIVE SUCCESSFUL CAPTURE OF BUSINESS – WORK WITH CUSTOMER MARKETING TEAMS TO ARM THEM WITH NECESSARY DATA TO ALIGN INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS; WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR SALES PERSONNEL TO PROVIDE NECESSARY DATA FOR DEAL CLOSURES
• WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO AGREE ON STRATEGIC INTENT AND TACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL PILOT PROGRAMS AND MARKET LAUNCH DESIGNS
• WORK WITH CUSTOMER MARKETING TEAMS TO CRAFT CREATIVE BRIEFS FOR NEW MARKETING CONCEPTS BASED ON INDUSTRY NEEDS.
• WORK TO MAINTAIN SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE AND PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES ON MARKET TRENDS TO KEY ACCOUNTS AS APPROPRIATE

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 5 + YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY.
• AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING ON CUSTOMER ACQUISITION PROGRAMS. IDEAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE FROM THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES.
• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS ISSUES SURROUNDING PRODUCT PACKAGING AND LAUNCH WILL BE HIGHLY CONSIDERED.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PRESENT COMPELLING VALUE PROPOSITIONS TO A CROSS-SECTION OF PEOPLE WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION INCLUDING SENIOR LEVEL EXECUTIVES.
• FIELD SALES OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE STRONGLY DESIRED.
• STRONG INTERPERSONAL TALENTS AND SKILLS IN BUILDING AND LEADING TEAMS AND MANAGING PROJECTS
• EXPERIENCE MANAGING DIRECT REPORTS
• ABILITY TO CREATE MULTIPLE HYPOTHESES, GATHER AND INTERPRET DATA, CONDUCT CRITICAL ASSESSMENTS, AND PRESENT CLEAR, CONCISE CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS .

• B.PHARM. OR OTHER SUITABLE QUALIFICATION REQUIRED; MBA OR M.SC PREFERRED

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• THE COMPANY SEEKS PASSIONATE AND EXPERIENCED PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO JOIN A NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY.
• THE SUCCESSFUL SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EFFECTIVELY MANAGING A SALES TERRITORY COMPRISED OF DESIGNATED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND HEALTH-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS TO ACHIEVE SALES POTENTIAL OF THE TERRITORY.

• A B.SC OR HND HOLDER IN ACCOUNTING.
• MEMBERSHIP OF PROFESSIONAL BODIES E.G. ICAN WITH AT LEAST 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT FIELD PREFERABLY WITH A MANUFACTURING /SERVICE SECTOR BACKGROUND.
• EARLIER EXPERIENCE IN STANDARD AUDIT FIRM WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.

HEAD LEGAL/COMPANY SECRETARY (FEMALE)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
