THE ROLE OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IS A SENIOR POSITION REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR. YOU WILL HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MANAGING A SALES TEAM AND ENSURING THAT SALES TARGETS ARE MET AND EXCEEDED.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A PROVEN TRACK-RECORD. THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL WOULD HAVE A GOOD COMBINATION OF COMPUTING, ADMIN, BUSINESS AND SALES/MARKETING SKILLS.
YOU MUST BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING STRONG LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO THE SALES TEAM, A GOOD RELATIONSHIP BUILDER AND PROVEN INFLUENCER WITH A STRONG DRIVE.
YOU MUST BE TARGET-DRIVEN AND HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAIL. YOU MUST ALSO POSSESS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATION SKILLS.
WORK EXPERIENCE IN EUROPE OR USA WILL OFFER A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE.
SALARY PACKAGE INCLUDES A GOOD BASIC SALARY AND ATTRACTIVE COMMISSIONS.
