AREA MANAGER (EAST)
AREA MANAGER (LAGOS / WEST)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL PREFERABLY BE BASED IN ABA AND LAGOS AND WILL REPORT TO THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.
THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE KEY CHALLENGE OF ESTABLISHING THE COMPANY’S BRANDS IN THE TERRITORIES BY PROVIDING EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR THE TEAM OF MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES DEPLOYED IN THE TERRITORIES.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/SKILLS / COMPETENCES:
• A GOOD BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHARMACY, CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE PCN AND PSN IS A MUST.
• NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN A REPUTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY: 2 YEARS OF WHICH MUST BE AS A SENIOR MED. REP.
• GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF REDISTRIBUTION SALES.
• GOOD PRESENTATION SKILLS; SHOULD BE CONVERSANT WITH MICROSOFT POWER POINT.
• EVIDENT DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF THE TERRITORY: THE PREFERRED CANDIDATES SHOULD BE WORKING OR SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN THE EAST; LAGOS/WEST.
