OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING INDIGENOUS PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY WITH STRONG ETHICAL AND OTC BRANDS. THE COMPANY URGENTLY REQUIRES SELF MOTIVATED AND RESULTS ORIENTED SALES PROFESSIONALS TO FILL THE POSITIONS OF:-
- AREA MANAGER (EAST)
- AREA MANAGER (LAGOS/WEST)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL PREFERABLY BE BASED IN ABA AND LAGOS AND WILL REPORT TO THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER. THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE KEY CHALLENGE OF ESTABLISHING THE COMPANY’S BRANDS IN THE TERRITORIES BY PROVIDING EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR THE TEAM OF MEDICAL/SALES REPRESEANTATIVES DEPLOYED TO THE TERRITORIES.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCES
• A GOOD BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHAMACY. CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE PCN AND PSN IS A MUST
• NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN A REPUTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY: 2 YEARS OF WHICH MUST BE AS A SENIOR MED. REP.
• GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF REDISTRIBUTION SALES
• GOOD PRESENTATION SKILLS: SHOULD BE CONVERSANT WITH MICROSOFT POWER POINT
• EVIDENCE DEEP KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE WORKING OR SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN THE EAST: LAGOS/WEST.
