QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibility to maximize project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.
To drive best value from suppliers and subcontractors.
To carry out monthly financial reviews on projects and forecast final outturn values for cost, sales and margin.
 
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibility of assisting the Project Manager in managing construction projects and ensuring maximum profitability through Project design, project management and supervisory activities at every level of the project execution.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution, with key organisational, functional, leadership, communication competencies.

Candidate must be computer literate with sound managerial and technical skills.

A professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: Negotiable

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and addresses a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and the support of budget and forecast activities.

HR & ADMIN OFFICER

Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution, with key organisational, functional, leadership, communication competencies.

Candidate must be computer literate with sound managerial and technical skills. A professional qualification will be an added advantage. Pay: Negotiable

JOB SUMMARY:
The personnel will facilitate new hires for the Company.
This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers.
On-board new employees and guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation.
HR represents both the employee and the Company.
The Human Resources Officer will organize and perform administrative and strategic hiring duties.

Must be familiar with Customs, Clearing Agents and Forwarding Processes.
Good knowledge of procurement processes, good vendor relationships. Accurate and detailed reporting skills.
 
STORE OFFICER

Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution and be computer literate.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing storage of consumables items and building materials.
Adequate record keeping, inventory control and designing good report system.
 
HSE COORDINATOR

Ideal candidate must have first degree or its equivalent in a numerate discipline from a reputable tertiary institution and be computer literate.

JOB SUMMARY:
HSE Officer is to facilitate compliance with Health Safety and Environment guidelines.
Will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations and also be on constant lookout for violations.
 
FRONT DESK OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY:

Include but is not limited to: Welcoming, registering and attending to all visitors.
