Beckley Consulting - Our clients, a Real Estate company based in Lekki, Lagos State, with a very knowledgeable management in Real Estate, is recruiting for the position below:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Supervision Received: MD/CEO
Job Field: Sales/Marketing /Business Development

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This position exists to plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to:

Acquire new clients,
Grow the company’s business with existing clients, and
Identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.

TASK
Develop and regularly review sales and marketing plan and ensure implementation after approval by the MD/CEO
Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients
Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new product developments to potential clients
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:
Highly competitive property market that requires innovative ideas to make a difference.
Three markets: Sale, Rental and Development of Property
Sale marketing difficulties because of culture of inheritance that discourages people from selling their property

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of BA/B.Sc/HND
Minimum of 1-year experience in Marketing. Experience in the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.

Excellent Communication
Prioritization competency
Strong analytical and data interpretation capability
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
Highly organized, able to work independently,
Strong negotiating capability
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong sales and negotiation

Information technology including use of Microsoft Office Suite
Use of Internet and social media

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Applicants MUST reside in or around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Lekki, and Ajah
This position is open only to Female applicants
Remuneration
Gross Monthly Salary of N100,000 gross + Commission on deals.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Supervision Received: MD/CEO

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This position exists to plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to:

Acquire new clients
Grow the company’s business with existing clients, and
Identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.

TASK:
Develop and regularly review sales and marketing plan and ensure implementation after approval by the MD/CEO
Set SMART objectives for sales and marketing and work with other members of the team to ensure they are met
Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients
Develop bespoke business and marketing proposals for potential clients and follow up through visits and social media platforms
Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new product developments to potential clients
Prepare and make PowerPoint presentation of products/services
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Economic challenges and difficulty in accessing credit from financial institutions
Three markets: Sale, Rental and Development of Property
Sale marketing difficulties because of culture of inheritance that discourages people from selling their property
Challenges of authentic property ownership and regulatory requirements for transfer of legal title to property

Accountabilities:
New clients in number and income
Growth of existing clients in terms of income
Smart objectives for sales and marketing
Monthly performance reports compared with objectives
Weekly trends report in the Nigerian property market showing what is new and topical
Monthly business development and industry report.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Minimum of BA/B.Sc/HND
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Development role.
