ACCOUNTANT

DETAILS:

A reputable funiture and Interior design company with office located in Onikan,Lagos is recruiting suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of an Account Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of relevant  tax&pension legislation and best practice in order to ensure compliance
Fundamental knowledge of cost accounting and management accounting

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years experience in Accounting B.sc.Accounting or other related field. Proficiency in relevant account software.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
REQUIREMENT:

At least 2years experience in sales(experience on a sales and marketing team, within a company in the E-commerce or Furniture Industry is an added advantage)
Good knowledge of Lagos.
Excellent interpersonal,communication and presentation skills.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENT:

To ensure the attainment of the Company’s objectives through day-to-day coordination of the operation and providing excellent service delivery.

Account management for existing and new client accounts.
Customer relationship management.
Escalate issue to the supervisor if needs arise.
Perform any other role as may be assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of reconciliation processes.
Sound ICT skills.
Proficient in use of MS-Office / excel
Excellent communication skills

SALES/OFFICE ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENT:

DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the design and technical systems for small to medium sized projects from schematics through construction administration.
Responsible for building and system concepts and documentation process from schematics through construction administration phases within the discipline.
Function as discipline team leader on small to medium sized projects when assigned.
Responsible for overseeing project team members within their own discipline.
Prepare and monitor project status reports.
Conduct material and product research as required for project development.

Prepare and document required code research for project.
Attend project meetings as necessary.
Document interpretation and submittal reviews during bidding and construction administration.

Bachelor's degree and licensure preferred.

Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
