We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented STORE KEEPERĀ to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, youā??ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Greet, acknowledge customers and make them feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable to place orders and as they shop around within the store
Adheres to strict codes of personal cleanliness, grooming, personal hygiene and appear cheerful at all times to reflect the brand identity
Responsible for the fresh produce requisition, storage, preservation, returns, and product inventory, considering customer needs and preferences.
Ensures adequate availability of complimentary items such as straws, serviette, etc and packaging materials for production activities.
Initiate purchase requisitions to replenish fresh produce. Ensure proper presentation and display of all produce and processed products.
Receives, records and ensures cleanliness, proper storage, preservation, packaging and display of fresh fruits and vegetables on the shelves and cooling units

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Minimum of a national diploma (ND) certicate or equivalent
At least 1 yearĀ of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping


The Helpdesk Reps offer support and technical assistance to our online customers who are using our services and products. They also work closely with the dispatch riders.

Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
Resolving problems with order placements and dispatch riders
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve services
Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
Possesses ability to work well with minimal supervision.
Good telephone etiquettes

Degree in Mass Communication or related courses with at least 1 year experience in same position.
