ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Approach customers with the aim of winning new business
Meet with existing customers to strengthen business relationships with a view to increase financial growth of the bank.
Aggressively market the bank?s products to ensure favourable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.
Follow up customers with dormant accounts, convince to resume dealings with the bank.
Implement marketing strategies / programs laid out by the bank to boost profit.
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
Achieve set deposit targets / Contributions by acquiring business / investment deals from Private, Public, Individuals and Corporates.
Prepare documentation on the creation of risk assets to increase business office profitability
Sell / Cross-sell and Upsell the banks products.
Market the brand.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

REQUIREMENTS    
Education Requirements:
Minimum Educational Level ? Minimum of a Bachelor?s degree

Experience:
3-5 year experience in sales and marketing

Knowledge:
Good Knowledge of the products and services of the bank.
Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Economics
Business development and acquisition
Banking Operations, Policies, and Procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Selling / Marketing.
Knowledge of current business trends and CBN Regulatory laws.

Key Skills:
Ability to evaluate needs of customers, and determine what products or services would best serve those needs
Excellent Communication skills ? oral and written.
Must be Strong, Tenacious and Persuasive.
Strong Selling / Marketing skills
Must be self-driven, and have a passion for Marketing.

Ensure quality customer service delivery through the provision of efficient and effective branch operation, while ensuring conformity with the bank?s laid down procedures and regulatory guidelines

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Bring out the best of branch?s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a First degree in any discipline.
A master degree or a provisional qualification such ACA, ACIS will be an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum experience ? 7 year relevant experience.
Previous work experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
Proven branch management experience, as a bank manager or similar role
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industry?s rules and regulations

Manage the financial needs of the major companies, and industries dealing with UBA to increase profitability on the long-term and short-term while minimizing risk exposure
Liaise between the bank and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase the clientele base of the business by marketing the banks products and services
Responsible for review of customers? financials and making recommendations for credit to be granted under various facilities for customers satisfaction
Liaise with clients banking / cash managers to ensure smooth operation of clients accounts on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Calling on customers and prospects in line with call programme and documenting this in call memos
Supervises the activities of the team members in line with the demands of the job position
Ensure Customer satisfaction always, and bring in repeated business by resolving outstanding issues.
Provide the bank with information on new contacts and new marketing opportunities
Client relationships management, developing account plans, and delivering proposals

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with an MBA, MSC or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years relevant bank experience; 6 years non-banking related experience
