SENIOR DEVELOPER - CONSULTANT

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Software Developer, you will primarily work as a Lead Developer, Senior Developers, writing of complex applications, application lifecycles, databases and services.
The senior developer will guide and act as a mentor to junior developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered is in accordance with the technical standards of your client.
Provide mapping requirements and software solutions.
Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations.
Encouraging a collaborative team environment
Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Have experience leading technical teams using Agile methodologies
Have experience working remotely as an effective member of a team
Have a vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills (English, verbal and written)
A strong desire to mentor other developers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Minimum four(4) years software developer experience
Scrum Master is a plus

JOB OVERVIEW

The Lead Developer will typically act as a mentor for new or lower-level software developers or programmers, as well as for all the members on the development team. Also contribute to the creation and maintenance of high quality software applications.

Executes a range of tasks in line with agreed software development methodology
Develop spe...t knowledge in relevant technologies, programming languages, tools, techniques and apply expertise and knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
Share expertise and provide technical advice and guidance to others.
Provide coaching / mentoring as required.
Identify opportunities for improvement in software development processes.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Experience working with programmers of a cross functional development team
Spe...t knowledge of relevant technologies, applications, languages, environments, systems software, packages, platforms etc.
Good communication skills with business customers and technology teams
Product management is a plus.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Tech teams. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Write and post technical job descriptions
sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Interview candidates combining various methods
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Compose job offer letters
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
