HR COMPLIANCE & CONTROL OFFICER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled HR personnel who will be responsible for management and leadership of human resources compliance related processes, practices and programs, including employment practice compliance and record retention activities and programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate person.
Ensure appropriate employment practices and risk management controls are developed, maintained, and enhanced.
Manage, create and facilitate HR Compliance education and awareness to create a mature oversight culture to comply with required federal, state and local employment regulations.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Bachelorís degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years proven work experience as HR Officer/ HR Position
Extensive working knowledge of federal laws governing employment practices.
Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Marketing Officer to help us build up our business activities.
You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales you will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our companyís success according to trends and customer requirements, prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Assisting in the formulation of policy frame work for the sales and Marketing activities.
Keep and manage customer data for effective Marketing.
Delivery and follow up on buyers. Monitoring and supporting the after Sales activities.
Attending to customer's complaints and providing solutions in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Marketing Team.
Reporting and follow up on Competitors activities.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Minimum education qualification B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any other related field
Cognate experience with Automobile industry is an added advantage
Candidate must have minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing/ Sales
Candidate must be within the 26-35 years of age
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Previous experience in an Automobile industry is an added advantage.

STOCK OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS

HND/BSc holder in any related field
At least a year experience in storekeeping, inventory control and record keeping.
Must be able to drive
Preferably a Male
