JOB PROFILE

Position Summary:  Who will be managing and handling of shipping documents, so as to have access in the discharge of goods from the vessel.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Calculation of Duty, ( Annexure, Proforma Invoice, PFI )
Bill of Lading/General description of goods
Product Certificate
Submission of Form M
SONCAP
PAAR
Customs Assessment
Duty payment
Customs Duty
Shipping Bill
Terminal Bill etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 7 years working experience is required for the position.

Desired skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( i.e. MS-excel, MS-word, Outlook etc)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask
Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

Updating the Commercial Agency?s programme and investment database, to display up-to-date information on all programmes as well as negotiation/ co-production details.
Supporting the Commercial Manager and Executives by providing information and analysis, on an ad hoc basis, of commercial activity undertaken by the team.
Deputising for the Commercial Executive during periods of leave as required
