FACILITY MANAGER
 
DETAILS:

We seek to fill the role of a Facility Manager for our client in the Real Estate Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering etc
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, power are well-maintained
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standard
Draft report and make recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS
First degree in Engineering, Management or any relevant course
Minimum of three years work experience as a Facility Manager and two years in a managerial role
Great communication skill
