Running EOD, EOM and EOY processes.
Providing support to users on banking application related issues.
Generating customized reports from banking application to users.

Interfacing with application development staffs on integrating new applications with the banking application.

Educational Qualification
First degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.

At least 1 year post NYSC experience.


IT service manager strives to develop a reliable IT service and improve the organization's existing IT service infrastructure by contributing to the strategy, development and quality of IT Service Management and the company’s service delivery capability by Instilling service orientation and ITSM awareness.

Defining and analyzing user profiles to understand the typical profiles of demand for services from different types of user.
Anticipate, prevent or manage situations where demand for a service exceeds the capacity to deliver it.
Ensure adequate resources are available at the appropriate levels of capacity to meet the demand for services, thus maintaining a balance between the cost of service and value.
Create, monitor, and report on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and the agreements above.
Own and lead the execution of the process development and improvement roadmap for multiple ITIL processes to improve alignment and business outcomes.
Plan and manage support for change management tools and processes.
Authorize and document all changes in the IT Infrastructure and its components (Configuration Items), in order to maintain a minimum amount of interruptive effects upon running operations.
Monitor effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement.

First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.

6 years’ minimum experience in designing and/or defining infrastructure services within the Telecommunications or financial services industry.


Strong knowledge of ITIL and Service Management methodologies.
Technical experience of one or more operational monitoring toolsets, preferably gained via implementation.
Prior IT Service Management experience; major incident management, large vendor management and business continuity/disaster recovery experience is advantageous.
Practical experience of working with the ITIL service lifecycle framework, specifically Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement.
ITIL Certification (Expert level) is a must.



First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses.

The application developer role is a technology focused role intended to provide software development and analysis services to the group.
This role is best suited to candidates with proven experience building production, commercial-quality web based solutions with technologies like JAVA, .NET and related technologies and also strong in depth SQL-Server development experience.
Applicants must be comfortable with advanced SQL syntax, SQL Server development, SQL and Oracle Databases. The candidate needs to be flexible and open to new ideas or change with the passion and drive to excel in their career.
He must be self-directed, organized, and extremely attentive to details. Must have an understanding of agile methodology, iterative development processes, SDLC and have strong OOD and OOA skills.


The Application Developer will be expected to have aptitudes, skills, knowledge and experience on the following areas:

Delivery experience with .NET framework, including C#, ADO.NET, LINQ and ASP.NET.

The Information Security Analyst reports to the Head of Information Risk Management and is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of effective systems security solutions.
She/he will also investigate and resolve identified systems security breaches, create comprehensive maintenance of information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures and monitor for compliance in line with the organization’s IT security policy and applicable laws.
The successful candidate in collaboration with the Information Technology Services (ITS) Systems Support team, will also monitor, assess, and fine-tune the IT business continuity and disaster recovery program, perform network penetration tests, application vulnerability assessment scans and risk audit reviews.

Lead the planning and design activities for the enterprise security architecture, under the directives of the Head, Information Risk Management.

Provide leadership and work guidance to members of the Information Security team.

Provide technical support in the development, testing and operation of firewalls, intrusion- detection systems, enterprise anti-virus and other automation as required.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data residing on or transmitted through the organization’s workstations, servers , systems through databases and other data repositories.
Ensure active compliance with information security requirements.
Maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices, (i.e., security tool, workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
Maintain operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established baselines.
Review logs and reports of all systems and devices
Participate in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
Provide on-call support for end users for all in-place security solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electronic Engineering or any related discipline. (B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Engineering discipline, Mathematics or Physics will be a distinct advantage)

A minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience in IT/Network Security.

Educational Qualification

5+ years post NYSC experience.
Good working knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL database administration.
