Future Construct Limited is an International Building and Civil Engineering Construction Company capable of handling every possible design in Building, Civil Engineering and Allied fields.

Answering the phone: Clients still prefer to connect with an Executive. In most cases, a client may not know who they should speak to in our organization, particularly if their contact is no longer with our organization. As a Front Desk Executive you serve as a point person for directing these calls.
Appointment setting: The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for scheduling and setting appointments for executives and high-level managers of our organization.
Greeting visitors: Our Front Desk Executive must be polite, welcoming and greet visitors at all times. Also ensure to notify employees that guests have arrived.
Accepting deliveries: As our Front Desk Executive you will be tasked with accepting deliveries, including packages, certified and registered mail and communications sent by courier.
Administrative tasks: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for all administrative tasks, including maintaining files and spreadsheets or sending out interoffice communications.

To work with Future Construct Limited as a Front Desk Executive, you are expected to possess a minimum of HND Cert with at least 2 years work experience, IT Skills and Fluent spoken English.
