INTEGRATION AND PLATFORM SUPPORT ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build understanding of the various Terragon Group platforms and underlying implementation
Provide world class support to the operations team
Become an expert in our products, our partners and their needs by providing effective technical consultation
Drive partner requirements, bugs and feature requests with Product and Engineering teams
Manage technical and product issues and escalations, delivering the highest level of partner satisfaction
Help scale technical support with Sales and Partnership growth
Work directly with DevOps Engineers to resolve technical issues
Engage with the product, operations and engineering teams to build, drive and improve our tools and processes
Write production code that will improve our internal tooling and our external support channels.
Build product insights from publisher/advertiser feedback and work with cross-functional partners to take appropriate action
Build understanding about the wide variety of software technologies powering various Terragon Group Platforms at a deep engineering level
Internal Engineer responsible for development and maintenance of in-house projects like company website and other product landing pages
Write documentation, samples, and other materials to be consumed by products team, operations team and external partners.
Deliver data-driven, impactful results.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
At least 3 years of experience in software development
Programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: Java, PHP, NodeJs, Python, Erlang, Scala
Indepth understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Experience developing for mobile would be an advantage
Understanding of one or more of the following frontend frameworks: AngularJs, ReactJs, BackboneJs, EmberJs
Deep understanding of Linux/UNIX system admin and scripting (bash, python), networking (TCP/IP, HTTP)
Ability to pick up new software, frameworks and APIs quickly
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills: you can fix anything
Good knowledge of basic large-scale internet service architectures (such as load balancing, CDN's), even if you haven't worked on one
Configuration and maintenance of common applications such as Apache, NGINX, SSL and so on
Excellent communication skills in English, particularly written communication
Experience speaking to technical and business audiences.

STRATEGY AND RESEARCH EXECUTIVE
 
JOB DESCRIPTION

Work as an integrated member of the team, together with Account managers,Creative Lead, and Technology Lead
Aligns strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives
Analyze data from a wide range of 3rd party research sources to distil insights, identify new opportunities and inform digital strategies
Works with Practice Leaders to ensure collaboration and progress of the Interactive group
Collaborate with other teams to inform strategy, design and development decisions
Understand industry/market intelligence and knowledge of best practices.
Recognizes project issues and elevates them to the appropriate project team members with suggested, well-thought out solutions.
Participate in Strategy meetings for Client briefs and develop documents
Seek for market insights relevant to clients and share knowledge
Assist Lead in developing strategies in the preparation and facilitation of client planning sessions and strategy workshops.
Assist Lead in driving digital strategies across a variety of our clients / briefs:
Advising on actionable strategies involving social media, mobile, web design / functionality, online media, etc.
Provide analytical and decision support to key decision makers, helping to make better strategic and tactical decisions
Develop strategic insights through the use of various social media monitoring tools
Produce research analysis reports including business profiles, competitive profiles, score cards and situational analysis summaries.
Draw parallels with the team to deliver on strategic vision, digital marketing initiatives and strategy
Provide research and analysis for client campaigns, advertising, direct marketing, and industry best practices for marketing results
Seek out new channels for integrating company assets into campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Economics/Statistics or any other numerical discipline
A related Post graduate degree/Certification
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under pressure, strict timelines and no supervision
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Creative approach to up-selling to an existing client base and generating new business
In-depth knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media, video production, e-marketing and metrics
3-5 Years in a Research/Strategy Role in a Digital advertising industry is a must.
Google certification will be an added advantage
Demonstrated leadership skills in strategy and management of key internal and external stakeholders/vendors.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor accounts and ensure that activities are up to date
Ensure that key deliverable required for each account is delivered on time
Attend status update meeting
Liaise with client to ensure smooth running of account
Liaise with social media and give them maximum support for the smooth running of the social media accounts
Managing a portfolio of accounts
Ensuring that clients needs and requests are delivered on time and to specifications
Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
Leading and training other members of the account team
Managing the work of account executives
Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
Manage and grow key customer relationships within existing accounts whilst developing new business opportunities
Plan and manage(monitor) major campaigns from start to finish
Work with creative to deliver the creative required for the execution of campaigns
Attending client meetings
Drive peak performance by way of increased revenue and profit
Periodical analysis and reporting business performance as required
Devising and implementing strategies for meeting account and revenue targets
Reporting on activities and campaigns and presenting at meetings.
Providing insights and recommendations
Work with finance on media plan approval, vendor payments and client invoicing
Prepare and share reconciliation plan for spend
Monitor competition prepare and share report
Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
Liaise with product/tech to ensure that products are delivered as at when due
Engage and work with vendors and influencers

REQUIREMENTS
University degree in any social science or Business related course, with minimum of second class
Account management skills
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Strong presentation skills and comfortable performing demonstrations
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Proficient user of various MS packages
Decisive and intuitive
A related Post graduate degree/Certification
Good negotiation/deal closing skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under pressure, strict timelines and no supervision
Ability to multi-task effectively.
