JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. TO FORECAST & BUDGET FUTURE EMPLOYMENT NEEDS.
. TO PREPARE JOB PROFILES & JOB SPECIFICATIONS.
. TO DEVELOP STRATEGY TO PROMPTLY FULFIL THE CORPORATIONS STAFF NEEDS, SUCH AS:
PLACES AD ON THE WEB PAGE/ INTERNET SITES
NEWSPAPER ADS/ SPECIALIZED PUBLICATION

ATTEND JOB FAIRS
TRADE SHOWS IN THE OIL INDUSTRY
. ESTABLISH AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIP WITH UNIVERSITIES TO SELECT BEST GRADUATES
FOR ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. ESPECIALLY IN CORE TECHNICAL AREAS
. LIAISE WITH THE HOLDER OF THE TRAINING SKILLS INVENTORY TO SEARCH FOR INTERNAL
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR VACANT POSITIONS
. ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING THE ORIENTATION PROGRAMS TO NEW HIRE.
. KEEP & MAINTAIN A DATA BASE WITH QUALIFIED UNSOLICITED CANDIDATES
. SET UP A PROGRAM FOR FOSTERING AND ENCOURAGING INTERNAL REFERRALS
. TO SCREEN CV AND SHORTLIST CANDIDATES THAT MATCH THE REQUIRED JOB
SPECIFICATIONS
. ADMINISTER PRE EMPLOYMENT TEST TO SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES
. PREPARE INTERVIEW LOGISTIC SUCH AS: SETTING UP INTERVIEW PANEL, CONTACT
CANDIDATES, KEEP THEM INFORM OF THE PROCESS, CALCULATE STIPEND, DISCUSS WITH STAKEHOLDERS THE RESULTS OF THE INTERVIEWS ETC.
. PREPARE VERBAL OFFERS & INITIATE THE MEDICAL PROCESS
. REQUEST WRITTEN RECOMMENDATIONS OF NEW HIRES FROM THEIR FORMER EMPLOYERS
.
REQUIREMENTS:
. MINIMUM BACHELOR DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED

DISCIPLINE
. KNOWLEDGE OF THE OIL INDUSTRY & LOCAL MARKET LABOUR SUPPLY & DEMAND WILL BE AN ASSET.
. UNDERSTANDING OF THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND IDEAL CANDIDATES TRAITS

REQUIRED FOR EACH POSITION
. ABILITY TO ANTICIPATE AND DETERMINE STAFFING NEEDS FOR A PARTICULAR TIME.
. COMPETENT IN THE CALCULATION OF SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE TO BE OFFERED TO CANDIDATES.

CONDUCT AND MONITOR THE COMPANY?S EVALUATION APPRAISAL PROCESS TARGETED TO INCREASE THE OVERALL BUSINESS PERFORMANCE BY IMPLEMENTING THE 360 DEGREE ASSESSMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. DEVELOP AND PROPOSE THE EVALUATIONS FORMS TO BE USED FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSE IN THE ORGANIZATION
. DESIGN AND MONITOR THE REQUIRED TRAINING THAT WILL PREPARE EMPLOYEES TO DO SELF, PEERS, CLIENTS, SUBORDINATES, AND SUPERVISORS EVALUATION.
. INTRODUCE & ROLL OUT THE 360 APPRAISAL PROCESS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ICTU
. ADVISE AND COUNSEL EMPLOYEES & MANAGERS IN HOW TO OBJECTIVELY HANDLE AND DOCUMENT PERFORMANCES DISCUSSION
. ENSURE THAT THE EVALUATIONS PROCESS IS CONDUCTED IN A FAIR AND UNBIASED MANNER.
. ADMINISTER, INTERPRETER THE RESULTS TO PRESENT THE TOTAL PERFORMANCE SCORES TO THE EXECUTIVE LEVELS
. OBTAIN EMPLOYEES FEEDBACK ON THE KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PERFORMANCE PROCESS
. PROPOSE THE PROGRAMS FOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES
. SUPPORT THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN PROCESS IN LINE WITH THE CORPORATE BUSINESS PLAN

REQUIREMENTS:
. MINIMUM BACHELOR DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, ADMINISTRATION, PSYCHOLOGY,STATISTICS OR RELATED FIELDS

TO ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS WITH RECOGNIZED LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTION IN THE OIL & GAS INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS UNIVERSITIES OFFERING ADVANCED PROGRAMS.
LIAISE WITH RECRUITING & RELATED DEPARTMENT TO DEVELOP AN APPRENTICE PROGRAMS FOR ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS ESPECIALLY FOR CORE TECHNICAL AREAS.
ACCOUNTABLE FOR PREPARING COURSES, CONFERENCES & WORKSHOPS TO BE DELIVERED IN THE INTERNAL LEARNING CENTRE.
DESIGN THE COMPANY?S INDUCTION & ORIENTATION PROGRAM
MAKE SURE THAT THE REQUIRED TRAINING, JOB EXPOSURE; WORKSHOPS ATTACHED TO THE CAREER PATH ARE DELIVERED AT THE STIPULATED TIME.
MONITOR THE IMPACT OF ATTENDED TRAINING ON SUBSEQUENT EMPLOYEE?S JOB PERFORMANCE AND SKILLS.

REQUIREMENTS
