Responsibilities:

    Ensures that the office and its environs are well kept at all time Receives enquires from customers/visitors and directs them accordingly.
    Receives & keeps records of in-coming and out-going mails.
    Ensures prompt despatch of mails.
    Ensures that waiting time at the reception is reduced and that customers/visitors are attended to promptly
    Supervises the Office Assistants and the Security men. 
    Ensures proper management of the office stationeries, Micro-wave and Water Dispenser. 
    Ensures that all electrical appliances are turned off at the close of work every day. 
    Ensures that the notes at the security post are updated and well kept. 
    Ensures compliances to the company?s code of conduct.
    Be available to provide help to other staff when they have
    deadline to meet as time permits


Qualifications and Requirements

    Minimum of OND in a related discipline
    Learnable and Humble
    Resident in Lagos
