Wentworth Miller has come out as gay in a letter to the organizers of a film festival in Russia.  The "Prison Break" star was invited to appear at the St.  Petersburg international Film Festival, but declined due to Russia's recent anti-LGBT legislation.  "As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes," Miller wrote in the letter, posted on GLAAD's website.  "However, as a gay man, I must decline. Following Wentworth?s courageous admission, celebs flocked to Twitter to voice their support!
Neil Patrick Harris: Well done, Wentworth Miller.  Bravo.
Rose McGowan: Happy for Wentworth Miller.
