The Deputy Customer Care Country Manager, has to deploy an effective Customer Support Centre for Nigeria and pursue activities that can be handled in the Customer Support Centre in order to provide extra sales time and opportunities to the external sales engineers.


Objectives

Assist the Country Customer Care Manager to lead, manage and supervise the Customer Care   team, motivate the front line Customer Care team and thereby increase the Company?s level of service to Customers with the goal of improving our Customer Satisfaction rating, while underpinning the Company?s annual growth objectives.

 Manpower
To develop continuously the skills level of the activities of ? order administration, customer Care and 1st linetechnical support.
Manage a CCC that is operational at least 9 hours per day.
Manage Customer complaints, credit notes and RGCprocesses in the Customer Care Centre.

Control & Operational
Measurethe effectiveness of the Customer Care Centre in terms of number of calls, speed of response, logging of cases on CRM, accuracy of orders, etc.
Set targets and objectives to reach and to improve customer satisfaction in dealing with the Customer Care Centre as well as to  increase available sales times of external sales engineers.

Reports
Report monthlyon the activities of the Customer Care Centre.
Report continuouslyto the sales engineers for nonconformity per account when detected.

Management System
Keep up to date with developments with respect to the System, as well as apply the policies and procedures relevant to the position
Communicate improvement possibilities with respect to the Management System to the relevant Process Owner or directly to Process Support and participate in improvement initiatives.

Process Owner
In this position you are required to fulfill the role of a Process Owner, responsibilities and authority are according to job description reference


Profile Required

Possess good flair for IT , attention to detail.
Excellent Communication techniques

Experience

Management; Sales/Customer contact; communication exposure and experience

Must have a passion for people

Must be in a former position of decision making

Qualification

Ideally MSc,

Knowledge :

The credit manager has to ensure the fastest possible cash collection of the sales realized by the company and measure and manage the Cridit risk and payment terms on a permanent basis.

Objectives

* Communicates with the customers on their pending invoices, either overdue, or about to become overdue.
* Prepares the statements of accounts and communicates them to the customers, as supporting documents to his/her claim for payment
* Based on the payments received by Treasurer, and posted in SAP by Accounting, matches the invoices covered by the payment. The clearing of the accounts is one of the most important aspect of the job.
* Obtains gathers and communicates all documents requested by customers to justify the amount claimed : copies of invoices, statements of accounts, credit notes, etc.
* Based on list provided by Treasurer, prepares a weekly report of : cash collected by customer, payments expected to be received the following  week, payments to be received by the end of the month, status of specific situations (bad debt, issues transmitted to lawyers, etc)
* On a monthly basis, prepares the Aged receivables report, calculates the DSO, and provide table of amount received from each customer, and payments to be received the following month.
* Twice per month, organizes prepares and animates the Credit Committee.
* Gathers the necessary information for the acceptance of new customers.
* Review and rationalizes payment terms on a regular basis.
* Monitors ad-hoc documents such as bank guarantees, LC : expiration date, conditions to exerce, etc.

Good knowledge of Accounting techniques and processes
knowledge of local Tax rules
knowledge of SAP
Excellent communication skills ? oral & written
