1.  NIGERIAN CONTENT CO-COORDINATOR ? REF. NO.  EOC 1208/01

Job specification

?- Identify, evaluate, analysis and recommend appropriate regulatory and   policy frameworks that will enhance the organizations operations
- Steward compliance with government regulations on Nigerian content   development
- Build and maintain good relationship with key market regulators and   policy makers
- Provide up to date information on key market issues affecting the   Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant input on   Nigerians content compliance reporting
- Create update and maintain all necessary documentation in close   coordination with other relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with the NNPC Directives and Nigerian Laws on NC   development
- Represent the company at appropriate for a with Government/Other   organization on NC

Man specification

? Minimum of good first degree in Business administration or engineering

? Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Public Affairs management

? Familiarity with government directives/regulations on NC Development would be added advantage.

PROJECT CONTROLLER REF:NO. EOC 1208/02

Job specification

? Forecast and evaluates potential problem areas in a project and proffer solutions

? Review and Analyses situations to determine impacts on the project and its completion dates(s)

? Progress and consumable monitoring and tracking

? Monitoring of project activities to ensure that the milestone activities are finished for invoicing

? Assists project accountant as regards cash flow forecast, accounts receivable and weekly/monthly cost report

Man specification

? Minimum of good first degree or equivalent in any engineering or science areas from a recognized institution

? Minimum of three (3) years experience in the construction industry )oil & Gas) with particular exposures in project controls including estimates, schedules, earned values. , progress, reports and making invoices

? Proficiency in the use if Ms project, P3 and Ms Office.

3.  PLANNER & SCHEDULER ? REF.  NO.  EOC 1208/03

Job specification

? Management & updating of schedules for offshore projects

? Preparation of work breakdown structures & S-curves and other progress measurement parameters

? Planning & allocation of manpower/man-hours for all projects.

? Monitoring & tracking of actual man hours utilized for all ongoing and completed projects progress tracking of all on going projects

? Preparation & review of weekly and monthly reports for all on-going projects

? Resources/manpower loading and Histogram

Man specification

? Minimum of good first degree or equivalent in any engineering or science areas from a recognized institution

? Minimum of three (3) years experience in the construction industry (oil & Gas) with planning scheduling

Dept

? Proficiency in the use of Ms project, P3 and competence in Microsoft, Primavera (P3), Excel and Power Point.

4.  PROJECT ENGINEER- FABRICATION ? REF. NO.  EOC 1208/04

Qualifications:

Bsc.  In mechanical engineering or structural engineering

Experience:

? Minimum of 5 years (post qualification) with contracting company (not client) involved in fabrication for oilfield construction projects.  Candidate must have knowledge of fabrication of offshore structures and international codes and specifications.  Ideally should also have a working knowledge of major oil company specifications (Exxon Mobil, Total and shell) must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the importance of HSE in the day to day activities of a busy fabrication facility.

Candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic and a team player.

Project engineer will be working within operations department of onshore based oilfield fabrication company reporting to the senior construction manager and will perform but not be limited to the following functions

1.  Review of engineering activities for the assigned project to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality and ?fit-for-purpose? product within budgetary and schedule constraints.

2.  Coordinate with PMT to ensure that fabrication departments is kept up to date with changes to scope of work, project schedule, manpower requirement.

3.  Set up and maintain project documentation system

4.  Issuance of project documentation to fabrication head within operations department

5.  Tracking and reporting manpower and equipment usage

6.  Tracking and reporting manpower and equipment look ahead requirements

7.  Prepare and maintain daily manpower allocation report

8.  Preparation of operations department weekly report

9.  Preparation of technical queries and evaluation of responses thereto

10.  Prepare and maintain TQ register

11.  Perform regular and routine documentation audits in field locations/offices to ensure that documents in the field are up to date.

5.  PROJECT COST CONTROLLER ? REF. NO.  EOC 1208/05

Position description

? Management, monitoring, tracking & updating of financial budgets for the USAN FPSO project.

? Budget and forecast preparation, monitoring and reporting to the project manager and project director

? Review and analysis of situations to determine impacts on the project finances and offer solutions.

? Financial progress and consumable monitoring and tracking

? Monitoring of project activities to ensure that the milestone activities are finished for invoicing

? Assist project accountant as regards cash flow forecast, accounts receivable and weekly/monthly cost report

Qualifications

? A minimum of MBA in accounting, Bsc.  In Business accounting or its equivalent areas from a recognized institution is must.

? Minimum of five (5) years accounting experience in the construction industry (oil & Gas) with particular exposures in project controls including estimates, schedules, earned values, progress reports and making invoices

? Proficiency in the use of Primavera (P3-P5), Ms-Excel and Ms project.

6.  QUANTITY SURVEYOR ? REF. NO.  EOC 1208/06

Job specification

? Assigned to an offshore integrated field development project embracing both Brownfield and Greenfield works to establish a record for all quantities to include but not limited to mechanical, electrical.  Structural, piping, instrumentation and pre-commissioning

? Review and verify the quantities submitted by contractors as well as calculations and approve the quantities

? Where applicable carry out measures with site management in accordance with contractual procedures

Man specification

? A good first degree in Quantity surveying and possession of following certification

? Registered Quantity Surveyor (RSQ)

? Member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (MNIQS)

? 5-10 years experience in the oil & gas industry and in petrochemical activities, 3 years of which must be in offshore survey and with emphasis on offshore structures.

7.  PROJECT SECRETARY ? REF . NO.  EOC 1208/07

Job specification

? Handle all aspects of project support in a reportage and control manner

? Ensuring perfect administration of the project office

? Strong managerial skills for document control, filling and drawing numbering

? Ability to trace and track critical project documents

? Ability to supervise, train and control fellow workers as required

? Take and reports minutes of meetings

Man specification

? Minimum of a degree in the humanities/secretarial studies (minimum of second class honours, Upper Division or upper credit) from a recognize institution of higher learning

? Perfectly fluent in English (written, spoken, read)

? Computer literate (at least Ms word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)

? 5 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on offshore projects.

8.  WELDING INSPECTOR ? REF.  NO.  EOC 1208/08

Job specification

? The control of all associated documentation relating to visual inspection.  Non Destructive testing (NDT) and post weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) of completed welds where applicable

? Monitor the usage of welding processes on the contract in accordance with approved procedures

? Monitoring of all storage facilities and control welding consumables

? Assisting in the supervision of welder qualification tests.

? Requesting and monitoring Non destructive Test (NDT) and post weld heat treatment (PWHT) where applicable of all completed weld.

? Verification and review of correct sentencing of all radiographs

? Maintaining weld inspection records on a daily basis

? Meeting on daily basis with production personnel in overseeing fabrication/welding operations being performed

? Supervising the marking of all welding repair/failures by the NDT operators, completion of notification request of weld repairs

? Completion of contact specific weld repair log.

Man specification

? A good Bsc.  Or HND in engineering and possession of following certifications

? AWS certified welding inspector (CWI) or

? CSWIP 3. 1

? 5-7 years and plus proven inspection experience in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on offshore structures.

9.  PAINTING INSPECTORS ? REF. NO.  EOC 1208/09

Job specification:

? Checking that surface preparation and coating applications are in accordance with the contract specification requirements.

? Random inspections of equipment to ensure fitness for purpose

? Random inspections of equipment parameters during preparation and coating operations.

? Ensuring that Nigerdock, client and third party witness of required stage inspections is carried out and documented.

? Preparation, completion and filing of all inspection records, including: inspection log and coating inspection report.

Man specification

? A good B. sc or HND in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry and possession of following certifications

? NACE LEVEL 2

? 5-7 years and plus proven inspection experience in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on offshore structures

10.  WELDER, FITTERS, RIGGERS ? REF.  NO.  EOC 1208/10

Welders should be certified as 6G, 6GR, TIG welders, fitters and riggers should be grade 1 certified.
