Hi House,

Oceanic Bank Has upped their Game, They now use a new format administerd by a new HR firm called Kimberly-Ryan. From my experience yersterday in Kano this is their new format.
30 verbal reasoning questions 10 min
25 Quantitative reasoning 10 min
25 Abstract reasoning 8 mins
So you have 28 min to answer 80 questions and then the same procedure is repeated again. So all in all u have 160 questions in 54 mminutes

Manage the integration required between FCMB?s electronic platforms and customer?s in-house systems.
Implement agreed plans to migrate all customers from legacy channels to the new enhanced Electronic platform.
Implement Conversion plans to migrate customers from legacy channels to new Electronic Banking platform.
Drive utilisation, penetration and dormancy of all channels.
Ensure the provision of customer service support to the portfolio of Electronic Banking customers and participate throughout the entire process of pre-implementation survey, customer demonstrations / technical discussions, pre-installation check, customization, installation and training. Also maintain high level of customer contact post implementation.
Provide 1st level Customer Support to resolve technical problems by conducting further investigation, including on-site trouble-shooting, liaison with IT Channel support team and external vendors in need.
Maintain high level of customer contact, and in close working coordination with Business Development Managers, drive utilisation of channels.
Contribute and participate in feedback of customer service requirements in the form of system change requests to Product Management.
Assist in the timely production of management information to enable the continual review of service standards, the calculation of Electronic Banking service costs and the capture of customer and transactional growth statistics for capacity planning.
Ensure Electronic Banking Agreements and all system setup documentation are completed before performing any installations or set ups.
Perform customization, pre-implementation checks, installations and training.

University Graduate with not less than 3-4 years working experience.
Thorough Operations and IT system exposure.
Analytical and problem resolution skills.
