Responsibilities:
?   Coordinate and schedule our daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointments.
?   Manage incoming and outgoing telephone, fax, and e-mail traffic.

?   Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
?   Managing the principal's electronic diary, highlight urgent correspondence.
?   Booking meetings.
?   Taking dictation.
?   Planning, organising and managing events.
?   Managing a budget.
?   Attending events/meetings as  representative.
?   Conducting research on the internet.
?   Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
?   Preparing presentations.
?   Preparing papers for meetings.

?   Follow up on marketing materials with phone calls to make sure that customers received the letters and see if they are a current prospect for us to contact.
Qualifications and Requirements:

?   Effective and excellent communication and presentational skills
?   Excellent interpersonal skills
?   Goal oriented and personally motivated
?   Ability to work under minimum or no supervision.
