POSITION SUMMARY
Business writer working with multi-disciplinary teams of professionals to develop client-centric proposals for KPMG

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and edit proposal documents that are focused and innovative
Work with client service professionals and subject matter experts in identifying benefits and value-add for clients
Manage the proposal process, organize kick-off meetings and deliver within the required timelines
Work with other National Sales and Marketing groups (i.e. Creative Services and Research) to reach proposal objectives in an efficient manner
Ensure that proposal documents meet RFP requirements and are KPMG Brand & Regulatory compliant
Provide direction to Creative Services on the development and integration of graphics throughout the production process
Oversee the production process, including soft copy for electronic transmission and/or printing
Assist in the preparation of clients/bidders meetings and oral presentation materials as required within proposal opportunities
Undertake internal team debriefs after a proposal submission and support the external debrief program

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum of a Second Class (Lower Degree)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in proposals development.
A minimum of 5 credits in one sitting (Mathematics and English inclusive)
Strong planning and execution skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Business Writing Skills
Ability to liaise and interact with people at all levels of seniority within KPMG
Commitment to seeing projects through
Ability to work to tight deadlines and managing heavy workload
Research and analytical skills
Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
Technology appreciation, including a working understanding of MS Office Suite especially: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
