the water cycle in nature.  This is a topic which is well known today.  Consequently, the verses in the Qur’an that refer to the water cycle seem to express ideas that are now totally self-evident.  But if we consider the ideas prevalent at that time, they appear to be based more on myth and philosophical speculation than on observed fact, even though useful practical knowledge on soil irrigation was current at that period.

Let us examine, for example, the following verse in chapter az-Zumar:
“Have you not seen that Allah sent rain down from the sky and caused it to penetrate the ground and come forth as springs, then He caused crops of different colors to grow…” Qur’an,39:21

Such notions seem quite natural to us today, but we should not forget that, not so long ago, they were not prevalent.  It was not until the sixteenth century, with Bernard Palissy, that we gained the first coherent description of the water cycle.  Prior to this, people believed that the waters of the oceans, under the effect of winds, were thrust towards the interior of the continents.

They then returned to the oceans via the great abyss, which, since Plato’s time was called the Tartarus . In the seventeenth century, great thinkers such as Descartes still believed in this myth.  Even in the nineteenth century there were still those who believed in Aristotle’s theory that water was condensed in cool mountain caverns and formed underground lakes that fed

springs.  Today, we know that it is the infiltration of rain water into the ground that is responsible for this.  If one compares the facts of modern hydrology with the data found in numerous verses of the Qur’an on this subject, one cannot fail to notice the remarkable degree of agreement between the two.

GENERAL HEALTH / Cleanse the soul & the body ...how???
« on: June 19, 2018, 01:42:43 PM »
From a study of the Holy Quran and Traditions of the Holy Prophet, it transpires that there are three objectives of Zakat (poor-due).   One is basic and specific and the other two are secondary and collective.

The basic and essential objective of Zakat is purification of the soul.   It cures the lust for wealth, infuses the feat Allah in mans heart and makes one amenable to good deeds.   The Holy Quran says: And away from it (Hell) shall be kept the most pious one, who gives away his wealth in order to purify himself.   (XCIL:17-18)

On another occasion Allah addresses and exhorts the Holy Prophet (Pbuh) in these words: Take alms of their wealth, wherewith you may cleanse and purify them.   (9: 103)
These verses make the real importance of Zakat quite clear: it aims to emancipate the heart from temporal preoccupations and purifies the soul.
It is an acknowledged fact that the love of material things is the real enemy of prayer.   It turns a man away from Allah and the After-life.   The Holy Prophet once said: The root of all evil is the love of worldly things.   (Mishkat)

Although temporal love includes many things the most powerful and dangerous of all is the love of material wealth.   The Holy Prophet has, therefore, regarded it as the greatest of all evils for the Muslims: The trial for my Ummah is wealth.   (Tirmidhi)
If a Muslim can save himself from the lure of wealth, he will be able to protect himself from many other vices.

Because of its basic aim and purpose, poor-due is known as zakat in Islam.   Literally it means both purification and growth.   To give a portion of ones income to the needy for the pleasure of Allah is called Zakat because it purifies the soul.   It must, however, be remembered that the aim of zakat is achieved only when its payment is motivated by sincere desire and practical effort.   The pleasure of Allah should be the first and foremost consideration while paying Zakat.   It must be free from every other motive.

Zakat should be paid out of the income earned only by fair and honest means.   Whatever is paid should be respectable.   If cheap and worthless stuff is given in zakat it will go in vain.   It will be no better than a hypocritical gesture.
Zakats beneficiary should neither be made to feel grateful for it, nor should his feelings and self-respect be hurt.   Otherwise, Zakat will cease to have any meaning.

One secondary objective of the poor-due is to provide basic necessities to poor Muslims.   The Holy Prophet said: Verily Allah has ordained the payment of Zakat on them (Muslims).   It will be taken from the rich and returned to the poor.   (Muslim)
These Traditions make it quite obvious that there is also a social and economic aspect of the poor-due without which its Islamic concept remains incomplete.

The other secondary objective of Zakat is the help and support of Islam.   While giving the details of the beneficiaries of Zakat the Holy Quran says: The alms are only for the poor and the needy, and for those who collect them, and those whose hearts are to be reconciled, and to free the captives and the debtors and for the cause of Allah, and for the wayfarers.   (9:60)
The words the cause of Allah denote the struggle waged for Islam,

cases

1* If a person earns money from a fixed property but the whole amount is spent in the course of the year, then he does not become liable to pay Zakat.  But if he has saved a portion of the income and if this saving reaches or exceeds the minimum Nisab limit, then he will be liable to pay Zakat, provided the amount in question remains in his possession for 12 months.  (Lunar)

2* If a person owns buildings other than those meant for his own or his dependants use, and he has rented them out to others, the he will have to pay Zakat on the net income from the rent, provided the income is above the minimum Nisab limit and remains in his possession for 12 months.

3* The value of any vehicle used in the course of trade to earn a living is exempt from the obligation of Zakat.  But the net income earned from its use, and which remains with the owner for one full year, will be subject to payment of Zakat.

4* There is no Zakat on farmland owned by a person, irrespective of the amount of its value or its size, provided it is not bought for speculation.

5* The capital involved in goods, properties and livestock owned for trade or commerce is subject to the payment of Zakat: that is, if a person began trading with a capital of Rs. 50,000 and earned profits thereon, then he will have to pay Zakat on the total amount, and not just on the profits earned.

6* Therefore, a person having a capital of Rs.  50,000 and earned Rs.  50,000 profits in due course will have to pay Zakat on Rs.  60,000 (capital plus profit), which will be the total amount reflected in the balance-sheet.

RELIGION / The essence of the facts
« on: December 13, 2017, 07:10:18 AM »
Muslims worship a God that is different from the one worshipped by Christians and Jews.
This might be due to the fact that Muslims often refer to God as "Allah".  This concept is false, since "Allah" is simply the Arabic word for the One true "God" Who created the universe and all humanity.  Let there be no doubt - Muslims worship the God of Noah, Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus.  However, it is certainly true that Jews, Christians and Muslims all have different concepts of Almighty God.  For example, Muslims - like Jews - reject the Christian beliefs of the Trinity and the Divine Incarnation.
This, however, does not mean that each of these three religions worships a different God - because, as we have already said, there is only One True God.  Judaism, Christianity and Islam all claim to be “Abrahamic Faiths”, and all of them are also classified as “monotheistic. ” However, Islam teaches that other religions have, in one way or another, distorted and nullified a pure and proper belief in Almighty God by neglecting His true teachings and mixing them with man-made ideas.  Islam calls upon people to return to the one true God and to worship and obey Him alone.  Islam teaches that God should be approached without intermediaries.  That is because the merciful all-knowing God is completely in control of everything that exists and that He can bestow His grace and mercy on His creatures as He pleases; therefore no intercession, atonement or incarnation is necessary.

Arabic speaking people of all religions refer to God as "Allah".  For example, if you pick up an Arabic translation of the Christian Bible you will see the word "Allah" where "God" is used in English.  Therefore, Allah is not the god of only the Muslims, but the same God worshipped by all monotheistic faiths.  This idea that "Allah" is different from "God" is illogical since it is tantamount to saying that the French worship a different "god" because they use the word "Dieu", that Spaniards worship a different "god" because they say "Dios" or that the Hebrews worshipped a different "god" because they called Him "Yahweh"!
The Quran, which is the divine scripture of Muslims, was revealed in the Arabic language, so Muslims use the word "Allah" for "God", even when they are speaking other languages.  A more literal translation of "Allah" into English might be "the one- and-only God" or "the one true God".

It should be clearly understood that what Islam is primarily concerned with is correcting humankind's concept of Almighty God.  What people are ultimately going to be held accountable for at the end of Day of Judgment is not whether they preferred the word "Allah" or the word "God", but what their concept of Him is.  The true concept of God is clarified only within the message revealed by Him.  The last message sent by God, or Allah, is the Quran.

RELIGION / Eid Al-Adha
« on: August 31, 2017, 09:05:28 AM »
In the religion of Islam, 'Id Al-Adha or Eid al-Adha (Arabic عيد الأضحى, "Festival of the Sacrifice") is a major festival that takes place at the end of the Hajj.  It is also known as 'Id al-Qurban or al-'Id al-Kabir (Major Festival).  Eid al-Adha marks the completion of the hajj (pilgrimage) rites at Mina, Saudi Arabia, but is also observed by Muslims throughout the world to commemorate the faith of Ibrahim (Abraham).

Eid Al-Adha begins on the 10th of Dhu'l-Hijja, the last month of the Islamic calendar, and lasts for fours days.  It begins the day after Muslims on the Hajj descend from Mount Arafat.

Meaning of the Festival

The festival commemorates Allah's gift of a ram in place of Isma'il (Ishmael), whom God had commanded Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice.  (In Judaism and Christianity, the child in this story is Ishmael's brother Isaac. )

The devil tried to persuade Ibrahim to disobey Allah and not to sacrifice his beloved son, but Ibrahim stayed absolutely obedient to Allah and drove the devil away.  Eid al-Adha is a celebration of this supreme example of submission to God, which is the cornerstone of the Islamic faith (islam means "submission").
Eid al-Adha Observances

On Eid al-Adha, families that can afford it sacrifice an animal such as a sheep, goat, camel, or cow, and then divide the meat among themselves, the poor, friends and neighbors.

The sacrifice is called Qurban.  During the sacrifice, the following prayer is recited:

In the name of Allah And Allah is the greatest O Allah, indeed this is from you and for you O Allah accept it from me.  Eid al-Adha is a public holiday in Muslim countries.  Like 'Id al-Fitr, 'Id Al-Adha begins with communal prayer at daybreak on its first day, which takes place at the local mosque.  Worshippers wear their finest clothes for the occasion.  It is also a time for visiting friends and family and for exchanging gifts.

1.    over eating and drinking

2.                    less exercise and activity

3.                    emotional stresses

These are main factors that cause obesity and consequently cause dangerous disease like heart diseases, diabetes, blood pressure and cancer.  But what about the Islamic teachings which was revealed 1400 years ago?

Allah, the Almighty, had specified a golden rule in diet as He said: " and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allâh) likes not Al-Musrifûn (those who waste by extravagance)" (31:Al A'raf. ).  The most dangerous thing is extravagance and as long as the person is moderate he will be at the safe side, this is what stated by the western scientists!

Even, the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, had given us a remarkable rule in diet which explains Allah's saying (but waste not by extravagance), he peace be upon him says: (the son of Adam had filled a bowl not worse than a belly! Enough for the son of Adam are small mouthfuls to stand him up, but if he was beaten by himself then a third for the food, a third for drink and a third for breath) (the right sequence 2265).  The prophet alienated his companions from overeating and said (the son of Adam had not filled a bowl worse than a belly) in order to have in front of their sight while eating that this food might be harmful to them if they fill their bellies with it!

RELIGION / ‘Id al-Fitr

‘Id al-Fitr
On the first day of the following month, after another new moon has been sighted, a special celebration is made, called ‘Id al-Fitr.   A quantity of staple food is donated to the poor (Zakat al-Fitr),

Zakaah is one of the pillars of Islam which Allah, may He be exalted, has enjoined upon the rich Muslims so as to achieve a kind of social security, solidarity and financing some common interests,

Allah, may He be exalted, has mentioned it alongside prayer in more than one verse of the Qur’an, which confirms its importance.   The fact that it is obligatory is proven according to the Qur’an, Sunnah and scholarly consensus.

There is consensus among Muslim scholars that it is mandatory on every believer who is financially able.   Whoever knowingly denies this obligation, while he possesses the minimum amount, would be considered a disbeliever and a renegade from Islam.   Whoever is stingy, or tries to cheat, is considered among the wrongdoers.

everyone has bathed and put on their best, preferably new, clothes, and communal prayers are held in the early morning, followed by feasting and visiting relatives and friends.

There are other fast days throughout the year.   Muslims are encouraged to fast six days in Shawwal, the month following Ramadan, Mondays and Thursdays, and the ninth and tenth, or tenth and eleventh of Muharram, the first month of the year.   The tenth day, called Ashurah, is also a fast day for the Jews (Yom Kippur), and Allah commanded the Muslims to fast two days to distinguish themselves from the People of the Book.

While fasting per se is encouraged, constant fasting, as well as monasticism, celibacy, and otherwise retreating from the real world, are condemned in Islam.   Fasting on the two festival days, ‘Id al-Fitr and ‘Id al-Adha, the feast of the Hajj, is strictly forbidden

the ninth month of the lunar calendar, beginning with the sighting of the new moon.

The fourth pillar of Islam is fasting.

Allah prescribes daily fasting for all able, adult Muslims during the whole of the month of Ramadan,

Exempted from the fast are the very old and the insane.  On the physical side, fasting is from first light of dawn until sundown, abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations.  On the moral, behavioral side, one must abstain from lying, malicious gossip, quarrelling and trivial nonsense.

Those who are sick, elderly, or on a journey, and women who are menstruating, pregnant, or nursing are permitted to break the fast, but must make up an equal number of days later in the year.  If physically unable to do so, they must feed a needy person for each day missed.  Children begin to fast (and to observe the prayers) from puberty, although many start earlier.

In addition to the fast proper, one is encouraged to read the entire Quran.  In addition, special prayers, called Tarawih, are held in the mosque every night of the month, during which a whole section of the Quran (Juz') is recited, so that by the end of the month the entire Quran has been completed.  These are done in remembrance of the fact that the revelation of the Quran to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was begun during Ramadan.

(Laylat al-Qadr).  To spend that night in worship is better than a thousand months of worship, i. e.  Allah's reward for it is very great.

GENERAL HEALTH / pure water !!!
« on: April 20, 2017, 01:39:32 PM »
wondering through the ages the human source of drink water, but the answer to this question took a long time.    scientists say that the days ahead will be the wars for water!
Quran has talked about this with amazing accuracy, pointing out this source of water: (18.  And We sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and We gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, We are Able to take it away. ) [Believers: 18].

This verse confirms that the water in the ground, such as ground water comes from rain water, and this is what is scientifically proven!
There is another verse refers to the storage of water under the earth's surface in the verse: (22.  And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i. e.  to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. ) [stone: 22].

It was thought previously that the water of the springs is formed in the ground or that it exists since time immemorial, did not have one of the people an idea of how the stores by this water, but the Glorious Quran told us of this fact and assured us that the rain water is the same as it is stored in the earth's ability God and is purified in the layers of rock and dirt to become capable of watering so he said: (Vosagenakmoh) Were it not for God's mercy and that he scoffed at the different laws of physics to the water stayed in the ground and still life on her back!

Scientists confirm today that the sources of water is the land itself, and this is indicated by the words of the Quran, the Almighty right: (30.  And after that He spread the earth;
31.  And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture;
) [Pluckers: 30-31].

The Glory of God, who spoke in his book about it all!
Even the Koran may tell us about the source of springs of the earth, saying the Almighty: (21.  See you not, that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and causes it to penetrate the earth, (and then makes it to spring up) as water-springs and afterward thereby produces crops of different colours, and afterward they wither and you see them turn yellow, then He makes them dry and broken pieces.  Verily, in this, is a Reminder for men of understanding. ) [Cliques: 21].

here that its not a matter of ritual cleanliness, but simply a common-sense method way to prevent the spread of disease.

Elements inside the sand to kill germs from the saliva of the dog and this corresponds to the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him

Islam teaches its followers to be merciful to all creatures, and all form of animal cruelty is forbidden.  Why then, do many Muslims seems to have such a problem with dogs?
Unclean
Most Muslim scholars agree that the saliva of a dog is ritually impure, and that contact with a dog's saliva requires one to wash seven times.  This ruling comes from the hadith:

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "If a dog licks the vessel of any one of you, let him throw away whatever was in it and wash it seven times. " (Reported by Muslim)

RELIGION / Happy Eid ........Eid-Al-Fitr
« on: July 05, 2016, 08:49:57 AM »
 Happy Eid
Each year, Islamic and Arab nation well

And Muslims all over the world to the health and happiness

Eid-Al-Fitr is one of the major holidays of Islam. It comes at the end of the holy month of Ramadan and celebrates the end of the fasting. The holiday comes on the first day of the 10th month in the Islamic lunar calendar.

Because the month of Ramadan is all about fasting, Eid-Al-Fitr is all about NOT fasting. During Ramadan, Muslims have not eaten while the Sun is in the sky. On Eid-Al-Fitr, they celebrate the end of Ramadan with a sweet snack and then get ready for a day of celebration.

On this day, Muslims are encouraged to dress in their best clothes and attend a special Eid prayer at their neighborhood mosque. Before the prayer begins, Muslims make an alms payment (the Zakat al Fitr) Corner of the five pillars of Islam
Such as prayer and fasting
Take money from the rich and the poor are given
Thereby achieving social solidarity in Islam

for the month of Ramadan, in the form of food or its cash equivalent. This food and / or money is then distributed to the poor. After the special religious service, the focus turns to gift-giving. Children are given many gifts. Women get gifts from their loved ones. Also on this day, people are encouraged to settle feuds or disputes, especially those between family members.

Eid Al-Fitr means "Feast of Fast-Breaking." It is often celebrated during three days, with the first day marking the end of Ramadan.

RELIGION / Month of Gifts
« on: June 04, 2016, 05:49:33 AM »
Sawm is fasting.  It's the fourth of the Five Pillars of Islam.

Muslims are required to fast during Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar.

During the 29/30 days of Ramadan all adult Muslims must give up the following things during the hours of daylight:

Food or drink of any sort
    Smoking, including passive smoking
    Sexual activity

Muslims who are physically or mentally unwell may be excused some of these, as may those who are under twelve years old, the very old, those who are pregnant, ----feeding, menstruating, or travelling.

If an adult does not fast for the reasons above they should try to make up the fast at a later date, or make a donation to the poor instead.

Muslims do not only abstain from physical things during Ramadan.  They are also expected to do their best to avoid evil thoughts and deeds as well.

There are many good reasons for this fast, including:

    Obeying God
    Learning self-discipline
    Becoming spiritually stronger
    Appreciating God's gifts to us
Sharing the sufferings of the poor and developing sympathy for them
Realising the value of charity and generosity
Giving thanks for the Holy Qur'an, which was first revealed in the month of Ramadan
    Sharing fellowship with other Muslims

Eating in Ramadan

During Ramadan many Muslims will try to eat a large meal called suhur just before dawn.

When daylight is over, most Muslims will break or open the fast with dates or water, following the example of the Prophet Muhammad, before having a proper meal later.

The evening meals during Ramadan are occasions for family and community get-togethers.

Ramadan and the Western calendar

Because Islam uses a lunar calendar, the month of Ramadan comes around 11 days earlier each successive year, so there is no Western season associated with Ramadan.

An-Nawwas ibn Sam’aan reported that Prophet Muhammad said:
"Righteousness is good character, and sin is whatever bothers you and you do not want people to know.  " (Saheeh Muslim)
An-Nawwas ibn Sam’aan is a famous companion of Prophet Muhammad.   He belonged to the Arab tribe of Kelaab and settled in Syria after the death of the Prophet.

His report is collected by a scholar of hadeeth named Muslim ibn Al-Hajjaj, who was born in 817 CE in the city of Naishapur, in north-eastern Iran, and died there at the age of 58, in 875 CE.   Muslim began studying the science of Prophetic hadeeth at the age of 15 and traveled to Iraq, Hijaz (Western Saudi Arabia), Syria, and Egypt to study under great hadeeth masters like al-Bukhari, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and others.   He compiled a book containing some 9,200 hadeeths which is known as Saheeh Muslim.   Muslim scholars consider it to be the most authentic compilation of Prophetic hadeeths after Saheeh al-Bukhari.

This narration is important in that it sheds light on some of the more subtle aspects of righteousness and sin, helping to define them both.   Since Islam gives so much importance to the belief in and worship of One God, one may incorrectly think that this alone is enough to be righteous.   This hadeeth, however, shows that one of the main consequences of correct and true belief is good character, and that it is an intrinsic aspect of the meaning of righteousness.   It emphasizes some of the meanings found in the saying of God which mentions that righteousness, as well as a being a combination of correct belief and prescribed worship, is also proper conduct in human relations:

"Righteousness is not that you turn your faces to the east and the west [in prayer].   But righteous is the one who believes in God, the Last Day, the Angels, the Scripture and the Prophets; who gives his wealth in spite of love for it to kinsfolk, orphans, the poor, the wayfarer, to those who ask and to set slaves free.   And (righteous are) those who pray, pay alms, honor their agreements, and are patient in (times of) poverty, ailment and during conflict.   Such are the people of truth.   And they are the God-Fearing.  " (Quran 2:177)
Rather than being an end in itself, one of the main purposes of worship is to bring about traits beneficial to the self and society.   God says about the salah (prayer):
"Surely, the salah prevents lewd acts and bad deeds…" (Quran 29:45)

Hence one can say without any qualms that Islam as a whole came to perfect good manners, as did the Prophet himself:
"Indeed I was only sent to complete the most noble character traits.  " (Saheeh Muslim)
As Islam is not a mere religion but a complete way of life, incorporating all of its various facets and aspects, good manners is actually regarded as a means of worship by which one may achieve the same reward of doing other more obvious voluntary acts of worship.   The Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, stated:
"Through his manners and good conduct, the believer can attain the status of a person who frequently fasts and prays at night.  " (Abu Dawud)
Rather, the Prophet even stated it to be one of the best forms of worship, second to none but the obligatory mandates of Islam:
"On the Day of Resurrection, nothing will be heavier in the scale (of good deeds) of the believer than good conduct.   God hates the one who swears and hurls obscenities.  " (Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhi)

Through maintaining good conduct, one becomes one of the beloved servants of God.   The Prophet said:
"The most beloved slaves of God to God are those who have the best manners.  " (Al-Hakim)

When one realizes the importance of good character and its essentiality in defining righteousness, an aspect which is the goal of Islam, this exhorts Muslims to fulfill this aspect of faith as well, since one can not become "righteous" through mere belief and devotion to God in themselves without good character.
But what is regarded as good character? We find that the Quran and Sunnah in various texts define it to be any trait that is beneficial to humans, both to oneself as well as to others, at the same time not being generally or specifically prohibited by Islam.   For example, God says:

"Those who suppress their anger, and forgive other people – assuredly, God loves those who do good.  " (Quran 3:134)
Righteousness is dealing fairly, justly and politely with one’s family.   The Prophet said:
"The believers with the most perfect faith are those with the most perfect conduct and manners.   And the best ones amongst you are those who are best to their families.  " (Al-Tirmidhi)

Truthfulness is an essential aspect of good character which leads to Paradise.   The Prophet said:
"Indeed truthfulness is righteousness, and indeed righteousness leads to Paradise.  " (Saheeh Muslim)
These are but a few examples of the numerous texts which define and exhort Muslims to excel in their character and manner.   Although righteousness is those deeds which are naturally pleasing to the conscience of humans, religion plays a vital role in defining what it is.   For example, anything of which its harm is greater than its good cannot be defined as righteousness, even if it may be otherwise regarded as goodness and righteousness.   The Prophet said:
"It is not righteousness that you fast during travel.  " (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Although fasting is one of the most meritorious of deeds, here it is not considered righteousness due to the harm it may incur to the individual and his comrades during a journey.   Also, to steal from the rich in order to give to the poor may not be regarded as righteousness, as stealing has been specifically prohibited in the religion.
At the same time, a deed which may sometimes be seen as harsh may also be considered good character at times, such as striking a child at a certain age as a means of education.   The Prophet said:
"Command your children to pray when they are seven, and strike them [if they do not] when they are ten…" (Abu Dawud)
For this reason, we look to divine guidance in order to define for us good manners and character, exemplified by the Prophet,

as God said:
"Surely, you (O Muhammad) are upon a high standard of moral character.  " (Quran 68:4)
God also said:
"Indeed in the Messenger of God you have a beautiful example of conduct to follow…" (Quran 33:21)
Aisha, the wife of the noble Prophet, was asked about his character.   She replied:
"His character was that of the Quran.  " (Saheeh Muslim, Abu Dawud)

the Prophet mentioned another subtle aspect of sin, which is that sin is anything which bothers a righteous person’s conscience and which a person seeks to hide from others.   An array of actions comes into a person’s mind once they hear these words.
God has inspired within each soul the ability, although limited, to recognize truth from falsehood.
"He inspired it (the soul) to know its sin and its piety. " (Quran 91:Cool
As long as a person seeks righteousness, they will know when they have done something wrong through their conscience, even though they might find numerous ways to excuse themselves for what they are doing.   They would never like anyone to come to know of that thing, for they are ashamed of it; their religion is enriched with shyness, shame and bashfulness.

The Prophet said:
"Shame and bashfulness is from the perfection of faith. " (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Shame is something which can prevent a person from committing evil.   The Prophet said:
"If you have no shame, then do as you please. " (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Shame, the highest level being shameful in front of God from committing sins, is a key factor in avoiding sin, and this standard may also be used to judge whether or not an act is a sin.
These sentiments of conscience and shame are a natural consequence to true belief and faith, and this is what the religion of Islam seeks to create within an individual, an Islamic conscience which guides humans through their lives.
This inner conscience is what tells the state of the heart of the individual, whether it is alive seeking the truth, or dead, filled with the desires of this worldly life.   Lack of religiosity and indulging in sin causes a person to lose one’s conscience, and it can no longer be used as a source of guidance.
"…why then did they not believe with humility?  But their hearts became hardened, and Satan made fair seeming to them that which they used to do. " (Quran 6:43)

"Have they not traversed through the land, and have they heart with which they perceive, or ears with which they hear?  Indeed it is not the sight which is blinded, but rather what is blinded is the hearts which are in the ---s. " (Quran 22:46)
The heart can be used as a guide, in conjunction with the intellect and revelation, in order to ease the search for the truth.   The heart of one who is searching for the truth is indeed one which is alive, for it is this life and yearning which causes them to search for it.   This type of person will never find peace at heart in any other religion except the religion which God

ordained for humanity, and as long as their yearning for the truth exists, their conscience will continue to bother them until they find the true religion of God.   Indeed if the person is sincere, God will guide them to the truth:
"And those who desire Guidance, He (God) will increase them in Guidance, and inspire them with [the way to] piety. " (Quran 47:17)

RELIGION / Amazing.....?Why?
« on: October 23, 2015, 10:55:29 AM »
Although much less complicated and tedious that Jewish Keshrut, or Jewish dietary laws, Islam does legislate certain rules and regulation in regards to diet.      All legislations which deal with this worldly life in Islam are based upon the precept of maximizing benefits and reducing harm, and if the harm of anything exceeds the benefits that might be gained from it, it is generally prohibited in Islam.      God says:
“They ask you about wine and gambling.      Say: In them is much sin, and also some benefit for people.      But its sin is greater than its benefit.     .     .     ” (Quran 2:219)
For this reason, Islam has mandated certain observances in regards to the slaughter of animals to benefit from their meat, and these mandates are legislated due to an intrinsic harm which would result if they were not to be followed, most of which deal with health, as well as alleviating pain inflicted upon the animal.

The Islamic Method of Slaughtering
One of the main legislations in regards to the permissibility of meat is that it must be slaughtered according to the mandates of the religion.      Forbidden is any type of animal if it dies of natural cause, strangulation, due to a violent blow, a headlong fall, by the goring of horns, and that which has been partially eaten by wild animals.      Rather, in order for meat to be made

permissible to eat, it must be slaughtered by a cut through the neck, reaching through the trachea, esophagus, the jugular veins and carotid arteries, without severing the spinal cord.
This method is indeed the most humane method to slaughter an animal to make use of its meat.      This is also the only method endorsed by the congress of the United States of America, as mentioned in section 1901 and 1902 (b), Chapter 48, Title 7, in which is written the following:

The Congress finds that the use of humane methods in the slaughter of livestock prevents needless suffering; results in safer and better working conditions for persons engaged in the slaughtering industry; brings about improvement of products and economies in slaughtering operations; and produces other benefits for producers, processors, and consumers which tend to expedite an orderly flow of livestock and livestock products in interstate and foreign commerce.      It is therefore declared to be the policy of the United States that the slaughtering of livestock and the handling of livestock in connection with slaughter shall be carried out only by humane methods.

No method of slaughtering or handling in connection with slaughtering shall be deemed to comply with the public policy of the United States unless it is humane.      Either of the following two methods of slaughtering and handling are hereby found to be humane:

(a) in the case of cattle, calves, horses, mules, sheep, swine, and other livestock, all animals are rendered insensible to pain by a single blow or gunshot or an electrical, chemical or other means that is rapid and effective, before being s......led, hoisted, thrown, cast, or cut; or

(b) by slaughtering in accordance with the ritual requirements of the Jewish faith or any other religious faith that prescribes a method of slaughter whereby the animal suffers loss of consciousness by anemia of the brain caused by the simultaneous and instantaneous severance of the carotid arteries with a sharp instrument and handling in connection with such slaughtering

As can be seen above, this method of slaughtering ensures the least amount of pain is felt by the animal at the same time rendering the meat safe to eat.      The swift cutting of vessels of the neck disconnects the flow of blood to the nerves in the brain responsible for pain, and thus the animal does not feel pain.      The movements and withering that happen to the animal after the cut is made are not due to pain, but due to the contraction and relaxation of the muscles deficient in blood.

This movement is also essential in forcing the maximum amount of blood from the body, which is extremely important in order to purify the meat, as remaining blood acts as a medium for microorganisms, in addition to meat remaining fresher for a longer period of time.      Also crucial to this factor is the severance of the trachea, esophagus, and the jugular veins in conjunction with the carotid arteries, which cause a rapid gush of blood to flow from the system.      Severance of the spinal cord, however, may lead to cardiac arrest, causing the stagnation of blood in the blood vessels due to the damage of nerve fibers
leading to the heart.

Does the Animal Feel Pain in This Method?

Studies have shown that stunning the animal with the mentioned techniques put the animal through unnecessary pain.    Concerning CBP, the study at the German University showed the following result for stunned animals:

1.    The animals were apparently unconscious soon after stunning.

2.    EEG showed severe pain immediately after stunning.

3.    The hearts of the animal stunned by CBP stopped beating earlier as compared to those of the animals slaughtered according to the Halal method resulting in the retention of more blood in the meat.    This in turn is unhygienic for the consumer.

Although the animals were rendered unconscious, they felt severe pain from the stunning, a factor not present in the Islamic manner.

I always say it is important healthy food

You can get it from the health farm fresh

Stay away from the frozen food

The food also slaughtered the wrong way without the name of God

This leads to a blood clot inside the carcass (chicken or lamb and so on)

This is reflected negatively on health, such as yellowing of the face and so on

Blood should be drained

The blood has to be drained completely before the head is removed.    The purpose is to drain out most of the blood, which would otherwise serve as a good culture medium for micro organisms.    Hence, for this purpose, the spinal cord must not be cut, otherwise the nerve fibers to the heart would be damaged during the process causing cardiac arrest, resulting in stagnation of the blood in the blood vessels

Meat slaughtered by Islamic way remains fresh for a longer time due to deficiency of blood in the meat as compared to other methods of slaughtering.

Animal does not feel pain

The swift cutting of vessels of the neck disconnects the flow of blood to the nerve of the brain responsible for pain.    Thus the animal does not feel pain.    While dying, the animal appears to struggle, writhe, shake and kick, not due to pain, but due to the contraction and relaxation of the muscles deficient in blood and due to the flow of blood out of the body.

Blood is a good medium for germs, bacteria, toxins, etc.    Therefore the Muslim way of slaughtering is more hygienic as most of the blood containing germs, bacteria, toxins, etc.    that are the cause of several diseases are eliminated

It is clear that the removal of the maximum amount of blood before death of the animal is crucial to the purity of the meat.   In the various methods of stunning, animals may undergo cardiac arrest after stunning, either unintentionally, such as electric head-only stunning, or intentionally, such as electric water bath stunning, in which enough electricity is used to ensure cardiac arrest of poultry.

From the results of the experiment of the German University was that the hearts of animals stunned by CBP stopped beating earlier as compared to those of the animals slaughtered according to the Islamic method resulting in the retention of more blood in the meat.   Stunning also causes ‘salt and pepper’ hemorrhage where the small blood vessels rapture, and blood leaks into the meat tissue.   All these techniques cause the blood to remain in the vessels, encouraging the spawning of microorganisms.

Pork prohibited in Qur’an

The Qur’an prohibits the consumption of pork in no less than 4 different places.

It is prohibited in 2:173, 5:3, 6:145 and 16:115.

“Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine,

and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah.  ”

[Al-Qur’an 5:3]

The above verses of the Holy Qur’an are sufficient to satisfy a Muslim as to why

pork is forbidden.

2.   Pork prohibited in the Bible

The Christian is likely to be convinced by his religious scriptures.   The Bible

prohibits the consumption of pork, in the book of Leviticus

“And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheweth

not the cud; he is unclean to you”.

“Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch,

they are unclean to you.  ” [Leviticus 11:7-8]

Pork is also prohibited in the Bible in the book of Deuteronomy

“And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud,

it is unclean unto you.

RELIGION / Happy Eid-Al-Fitr
« on: July 16, 2015, 10:23:07 AM »

Eid Al-Fitr means "Feast of Fast-Breaking. " It is often celebrated during three days, with the first day marking the end of Ramadan.

-     Dear beloved, fasting is not just a worship …it is a treatment and healing for many diseases …it is a renewal method for our body cells and the activityof the entire body…as a result it is to renew our entire life and when we realize benefits offasting we really touch its sweetness, Allah Almighty says: (O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun) {Sûrat Al-Baqarah-The Cow-verse 183 }.

-  The scientists confirm that the best cure for the accumulation of poisons in the body is the fasting because it helps in cleaning the cells from these poisons ,prophet Mohamed peace be upon him says :” fasting is a protection” {narrated by Muslim}.   Indeed it is a protection from many diseases by increasing the activity of our cells.

-    Physicians assure that fasting activates our immune system …as the resistance of the body increases against all diseases.   The immune system is a group of soldiers who guards the body from many viruses and harmful bacteria.   Hence fasting is an effective weapon to help the body to defend itself.

-  A medical fact: fasting is a main reason behind the long life!!!! Many non-Muslims had authored many books about the different benefits of fasting and they concluded that frequent fasting people lives longer than those who don’t fast!! Glory to Allah Almighty who prescribed the fasting for us as He Almighty says: (O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun){Sûrat Al-Baqarah-The Cow-verse 183 }.

-    Many scientific studies confirm that the best food for fasting people is “dates”  with water because it contains all needed vitamins, sugars and minerals, hence the prophet says in the prophetic hadith ”when you break your fasting eat dates and if you don’t have dates drink water”{narrated by Abu- Dawood}.

Ramadan is the name of the ninth month of the lunar
calendar
Ramadan is a very special month for the Muslims, as in it Muslims around the world perform various types of worship, the most important of them being fasting.    This fasting of Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam, mandatory upon all adolescents and adults who have the ability.    Ramadan is also the month in which the first revelation came to the Prophet Muhammad, and thus is called the “Month of the Quran”.    During this month, there is a noticeable change in people’s lives as well as societies.    This article will describe a typical day of a Muslim during this month of forgiveness.

Recent studies confirm that the ideal time to stop the smoking habit is the holy month of Ramadan!! Because fasting cleans the cells from the poisons of the tobacco , so Ramadan helps smokers to give up smoking as long as they sincerely  supplicates Allah Almighty to support them to do that …it is amazing to know that non- Muslims are using fasting to cure smokers from smoking, what about us as Muslims?

-    Many scientific studies say that praying helps in the healing from many diseases such as back pains and joints pains.  Also the submissiveness during praying has a strange power in curing many chronic diseases especially during fasting.  Allah Almighty says: (And that you fast, it is better for you if only you know){Sûrat Al-Baqarah-The Cow-verse 184}.

RELIGION / New Baby Congratulations

The “scientific miracles” of the Quran is a topic that many people are talking about nowadays, as the research in many fields continues.   The source for this is probably the fact that there are literally hundreds of verses of the Quran in which God points to different aspects of this creation and encourages humans to reflect and learn from what they are seeing.

Shortly after I became Muslim, I became aware of Maurice Bucaille’s The Bible, the Quran and Science.   For the sake of brevity, I wish to share with you the important conclusions that he reached:

The Quran follows on from the two Revelations that preceded it and is not only free from contradictions in its narrations, the sign of the various human manipulations to be found in the Gospels, but provides a quality all of its own for those who examine it objectively and in the light of science i.  e.   its complete agreement with modern scientific data.   What is more, statements are to be found in it (as has been shown) that are connected with science: and yet it is unthinkable that a man of Muhammad's time could have been the author of them.   Modern scientific knowledge therefore allows us to understand certain verses of the Quran which, until now, it has been impossible to interpret.

In view of the level of knowledge in Muhammad's day, it is inconceivable that many of the statements in the Quran which are connected with science could have been the work of a man.   It is, moreover, perfectly legitimate, not only to regard the Quran as the expression of a Revelation, but also to award it a very special place, on account of the guarantee of authenticity it provides and the presence in it of scientific statements which, when studied today, appear as a challenge to explanation in human terms.  [1]

In his discussion of the Quran, Bucaille emphasizes three important points:

a) First, there is nothing in the Quran that contradicts modern science;

b) second, there is no mention of some of the false beliefs that people had at that time of the Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, concerning the creation, the universe and science in general; and,

c) three, there is no way that the Prophet Muhammad could have known at his time many of the facts alluded to in the Quran.

The Qur'an is the holy book for Muslims.   It was revealed to an illiterate man, Muhammad, 1400 years ago.   This is in itself amazing, that an illiterate man began to recite verses of literary genius.   What is more amazing and miraculous is that he pronounced truths of a scientific nature that no other human could possibly have developed at that time (1400 years ago) and without making a single error.

For the sake of brevity, though, it will be possible to discuss only one verse in some detail here demonstrating the “scientific miracles” of the Quran.  [2]

Upon reading the Quran, one topic that catches many a reader’s eye is the discussion of the creation of the human within the womb of the mother.   God says in the Quran:

“We created man from an extract of clay.   Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed.   Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into mudghah (chewed-like substance)…” (Quran 23:12-14)

This brief passage is outstanding in its precise description of the actual process as well as its freedom from all of the incorrect theories and views that were prevalent at the time of Muhammad.   As noted in the translation, the Arabic word alaqah can imply leech, suspended thing or blood clot.   In reality, all of these terms are descriptive of the embryo.   In fact, in its earliest stage, the embryo not only actually physically looks like a leech
[3] but it “obtains nourishment from the blood of the mother, similar to the leech, which feeds on the blood of others.

”[4] Alaqah, again, can also mean, “suspended thing,” which is also true of the embryo in this stage as it sits hanging in the womb of the mother

.  [5] Finally, alaqah can also mean blood clot.   Again, the relationship to the actual physical process is miraculous.

[6
We find that the external appearance of the embryo and its sacs during the alaqah stage is similar to that of a blood clot.   This is due to the presence of relatively large amounts of blood present in the embryo during this stage… Also, during this stage, the blood in the embryo does not circulate until the end of the third week.   Thus, the embryo as this stage is like a blood clot. ]

The verse states that the next stage is that of a mudghah or “chewed-like substance. ”  This is also an amazingly accurate description of the next embryonic stage.   At this stage, the embryo develops somites at its back and these “somewhat resemble teeth marks in a chewed substance. ”

[7]

The kind of information described above has only been “discovered” and seen by humans since the development of powerful microscopes.   Ibrahim notes that Hamm and Leeuwenhoek were the first to observe human sperm cells, in 1677 due to the help of an improved microscope.

[8]  This took place some 1000 years after the time of the Prophet Muhammad.

A new scientific study has shown that honey has special characteristics that help to defend against germs.   Honey also has high capability to resistbacteria that evolved their immune systems against standard medications.
Honey, in the old and modern era, has always been used as a natural medicine for many diseases.   This new study might be a new twist to use honey for medical purposes.
According to the study that has been done through Sidney University in Australia, Dekarter, a scientific teacher in the biological and microbial science college says, "our research has shown that honey can replace many of the antibiotics that are used to treat cuts such as ointments and different creams.   Also, using honey for healing purposes will increase the aging period of antibiotics.   "She also adds:" most of the bacteria that cause infections in hospitals are at least resistance to one type of antibiotic, which means the need to produce new and stronger antibiotics that are able to execute bacteria that cause diseases.   "

Honey is a complicated compound that is consists of 800 molecules.   This complication makes it difficult for scientists to fully understand the honey's mechanism of resisting and killing the bacteria.   scientist Dekarter says: "until now, we have not found the method the honey apply to resist bacteria, but most likely there is the molecule" Methylglyoxal ", which is part of the honey, that reacts with other molecules which we have not discovered yet , to become able to inhibit bacteria from multiplying and making new generations that have the ability to resist to antibiotics.   "
Doctor Rose Koper, from the Health Science college of Wells University, has conducted a research regarding honey's activity against bacteria, and she wrote the book "Honey facing cuts".   In her book, she says: "there are many factors that give honey the special healing characteristics, including high sugar level, low water level, and low acidity.  "
Honey is a healing for people
My beloved for the sake of Allah! These new studies that are discovered by scientists and amaze them are not as surprising for us, because Allah Almighty has mentioned honey in his book, and revealed a chapter and call it "An-Nahl" which mean Bees.   Allah almighty says: "And your Lord inspired the bee, saying:" Take you habitations in the mountains and in the trees and in what they erect * Then, eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of your Lord made easy (for you ").   There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying color wherein is healing for men.   Verily, in this is indeed a sign for people who think "[An-Nahl 68-69].
In conclusion, we advise every sister and brother to always have honey available in their homes.   Honey is useful for treating burns, cuts, pyorrhea and it, is good for skin, cold and virus infections.   So, we must have honey and use it both for food and medicine; especially for children!

RELIGION / Most Beautiful Month In The Year
« on: June 28, 2014, 03:39:33 PM »

Ramadan is the name of the ninth month of the lunar calendar
Ramadan is a very special month for the Muslims, as in it Muslims around the world perform various types of worship, the most important of them being fasting.         This fasting of Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam, mandatory upon all adolescents and adults who have the ability.         Ramadan is also the month in which the first revelation came to the Prophet Muhammad, and thus is called the “Month of the Quran”.         During this month, there is a noticeable change in people’s lives as well as societies.         This article will describe a typical day of a Muslim during this month of forgiveness.

Fasting of the Day
In most Muslim countries, workload and schedules are lightened in order to accommodate for the special features of this month.         Children go to school at a later time to accommodate for their early rise and the late night prayer, and the majority of businesses close well before dusk.         Many stores also remain open throughout the night.
During daylight hours until the sun sets below the horizon.

Muslim abstain all types of food and drink, as well as sexual intercourse with their spouses.         This creates a sense within the Muslim throughout the day that they are obeying the commands of God, as they leave things which are perfectly permissible at other times.         This created within the Muslims a conscience which encourages them to leave those deeds impermissible at all times.         Muslims, dry-mouthed from lack of water and abstaining from all types of food seen throughout the day, gain a sixth sense – God consciousness - and this is the goal of fasting the month of Ramadan.         God says in the Quran:
“Fasting has been prescribed for you as it has been prescribed for those before you in order that you become of the God-conscious.       ” (Quran 2:183)

Fasting is a secret worship which a person offers to God.         He may very well eat and drink in privacy without anyone coming to know of it… but the trait which keeps the Muslim from doing so is this consciousness of His Lord.
For this reason, one sees that many sinful Muslims as well leave many of their sins during this blessed month, due to its sacredness, and one hopes that this will cause them to be more faithful throughout the remainder of the year.
The Prophet warned Muslims against certain sins they might easily fall into and thus ruin the goal of fasting.         The Prophet said:
“Whoever does not stop speaking falsehood and acting in accordance with it, God has no need of him giving up his food and drink.       ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
He also warned against being provoked into behaving rudely.         He encouraged Muslims to respond to one who may provoke him by saying:

“Indeed I am fasting, Indeed I am fasting.       ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
These Prophetic sayings are clear in that the main benefit of Ramadan is spiritual and moral rectitude.
Thus one finds in Muslim societies that a spirit of peace dwells in the hearts of Muslims throughout Ramadan, due to the extra worship and avoidance of all evilness and ill manners.         One finds that people are generally more easy to deal with and lighthearted, and when one lives in a society for one month in which most of the people are fasting, the sense of unity and brotherhood which results is unmatched by any other occasion, except maybe the Hajj.

Iftar, or Breakfast
As the day ends, Muslims gather in their homes in wait for sunset.         Mothers and daughters are usually busy at this time preparing breakfast and dinner, while men usually return from their work and slip into more comfortable clothes, either taking time to recite the Quran or help out in the preparation for breakfast.         Before sunset, the family gathers at the dining table in wait for the mu’ezzin,  utilizing this time supplicating to Allah and asking Him for His Mercy.
“Indeed for each fasting person there is a prayer which is answered when they break their fast.       ” (Tuhfat-ul-Muhtaj)
Once the call to prayer is heard, Muslims hurry to break their fast with dates, in emulation of the Prophet, and offer words of gratitude taught by the Prophet.
“The Thirst has been quenched, and the veins have become moist and full, and the reward is certain, God willing.       ” (Abu Dawood)

Many Muslims add:
“Oh Allah, indeed for You Alone I have fasted, and in You alone I have believed.         With your provisions I have broken my fast, and upon You I have trusted.       ”
Muslims then eat a light meal of various appetizers and drinks.         Many times, Muslims find themselves either invited or inviting others, whether they be members of the extended family, one’s friends, or the poor.         The majority of mosques also offer free food in order ease the sufferings for the poor.         May mosques hold iftar in order to strengthen community ties, common in countries in which Muslims are minorities.         Prophet Muhammad encouraged to feed others during this blessed month in his saying:
“Whoever gives food to a fasting person with which to break his fast, he will have a reward equal to his (the fasting person)…” (Al-Tirmidhi)
Special rations are also distributed to needy households in the beginning of the month by charitable organizations to meet the needs of the month.

The delight felt at breaking fast is one truly indescribable.         Never does the most meager of meals seem so tasty or bring so much joy to a believer.         Indeed the Prophet spoke the truth when he said:
“The fasting person will feel two moments of joy: one moment when he breaks his fast and another when he meets his Lord.       ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
There is no time at that point to eat a large meal, as sunset is the time for another prescribed prayer.         Muslims prepare to attend the congregational prayer, mostly always at walking distance.         After attending the dusk prayer, some Muslims eat dinner, while others delay eating until the night prayer is finished, an event which is one of the main features of the night of Ramadan, another spiritual dimension of this blessed month of mercy and blessings.

An Early Meal
“Eat a predawn meal, for indeed in it there is blessing.      ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Although not obligatory, Muslims families throughout Ramadan rise early in the morning before the first traces of light and partake in a light meal in implementation of this Prophet teaching.        Usually, the day of a Muslim starts with the dawn prayer performed when the first traces of light appear in the sky, but since it is the time when one starts the fast by withholding from food or drink, the Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, encouraged Muslims to arise before that time and partake in a meal.

From this it is clear that the point of fasting is not that one feels hunger throughout the day, but rather that one changes their lifestyle in order for it to be more conducive to the worship of Allah, a fact which will become quite clear.        One who often misses the dawn prayer, the hardest of the five prayers to perform due to its stated time, in this blessed month arises early in order to partake in a meal.

Thus this person becomes accustomed to awakening at an early hour, ultimately helping him to perform the dawn prayer for the rest of the year.
The most beloved of the voluntary prayers is one called “Qiyaam –ul-Layl”, or the Night Prayer[1].        This prayer is performed before the dawn prayer in solitude.        It is so beloved that it is usually nicknamed “the Prayer of the Pious”, a prayer performed by the devout when the majority of people are still sleeping in their beds.        God described this prayer in the Quran, saying:
“Their sides forsake from (their) beds, calling upon their Lord in fear and in hope….      ” (Quran 32:16)
Waking in the early hours before dawn to eat a meal also encourage the believers to perform this blessed prayer, one which otherwise seem like an arduous task for some.

This predawn meal is to be eaten close to the time of dawn, and thus people continue to eat until they hear the mu’ezzin, or caller of prayer, call out the azaan from the local mosque, signaling that the first traces of light have appeared.        Thus, Muslims end their meal and prepare themselves to attend the congregational prayer at their local mosque, held five times a day throughout the year.

The Month of the Quran
After attending the dawn prayer, many Muslims choose to sit in the mosque for a while and recite a selected portion of the Quran at this time.        Recitation of the Quran is recommended at all times, and due to it one’s faith increases in Islam:
“The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts tremble with fear, and when His Verses are recited unto them, they (i.      e.       the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone).      ” (Quran 8:2)
Being the month in which the Quran was revealed, Muslims are even more zealous to recite its entirety, as this was also done by the Prophet.

“[The Prophet] would meet him (Gabriel) every night in Ramadan and they would recite the Quran to each other.      ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Quite often in Ramadan in the Muslim world, you will hardly find a mosque empty during any part of the day.        Muslims try to set aside time this month in order to complete the Quran and ponder its meanings.

There are other special features in Ramadan.
The Last Ten Nights
1.      “Indeed we have revealed it (the Quran) in the Honored Night.
2.      And what will explain to you what the Honored Night is?
3.      The Honored Night is better than a thousand months.
4.      In it, the angels descend as well as the Spirit (Gabriel) by the permission of their Lord, with all types of decrees.
5.      ‘Peace’ it is until the rising of dawn.     ” (Quran:97:1-5)

It was Ramadan in which the Quran was revealed from the heavens to the Earth.      More specifically, it was one of the last ten nights of this blessed month.      The Prophet said:
“Seek the Honored Night in the last ten.     ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
On that night, worship and good deeds are better than performing them for a thousand months, as mentioned in the verses above.      Thus the Prophet would increase his worship by staying awake the whole night in worship.

“When he entered the [last] ten [nights] of Ramadan, the Prophet would ‘rollup his sleeves’ and give life to the whole night, and waken his family.     ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Muslims in Ramadan seek this Honored Night in order that they may be given an increase in reward.      Muslims spend the whole night in worship, from praying the taraweeh prayer to reading the Quran, supplicating to God, and praying extra voluntary prayers.      During these nights, there is even an extra

congregational prayer held in the mosques which lasts for about an hour and a half to two hours up until the time of the predawn meal.      Nights are alive with worship, and people for these ten nights expend all efforts in doing so, seeking that they may have spent the Honored Night in the worship of God.      The Prophet said:
“Whoever stood in prayer in the Honored Night, believing in God and hoping for His reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.     ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
Ramadan is a month of forgiveness, and people hope that they will people from those who are saved from the Fire:
“God chooses who will be saved from the Fire (in Ramadan), and that is every night.     ” (Al-Tirmidhi)
For this reason in Ramadan, people fast, pray, and seek the Honored Night in order that they may be forgiven for their shortcomings and enter Paradise.

Fasting is not unique to the Muslims.      It has been practiced for centuries in connection with religious ceremonies by Christians, Jews, Confucianists, Hindus, Taoists, and Jains.      God mentions this fact in the Quran:

“O you who believe, fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may develop God-consciousness.    ” (Quran 2:183)

Some Native American societies fasted to avert catastrophe or to serve as penance for sin.      Native North Americans held tribal fasts to avert threatening disasters.      The Native Americans of Mexico and the Incas of Peru observed penitential fasts to appease their gods.      Past nations of the Old World, such as the Assyrians and the Babylonians, observed fasting as a form of penance.      Jews observe fasting as a form of penitence and purification annually on the Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur.      On this day neither food nor drink is permitted.

Early Christians associated fasting with penitence and purification.      During the first two centuries of its existence, the Christian church established fasting as a voluntary preparation for receiving the sacraments of Holy Communion and baptism and for the ordination of priests.      Later, these fasts were made obligatory, as others days were subsequently added.      In the 6th century, the Lenten fast was expanded to 40 days, on each of which only one meal was permitted.      After the Reformation, fasting was retained by most Protestant churches and was made optional in some cases.      Stricter Protestants, however, condemned not only the festivals of the church, but its traditional fasts as well.

In the Roman Catholic Church, fasting may involve partial abstinence from food and drink or total abstinence.      The Roman Catholic days of fasting are Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.      In the United States, fasting is observed mostly by Episcopalians and Lutherans among Protestants, by Orthodox and Conservative Jews, and by Roman Catholics.

Fasting took another form in the West: the hunger strike, a form of fasting, which in modern times has become a political weapon after being popularized by Mohandas Gandhi, leader of the struggle for India’s freedom, who undertook fasts to compel his followers to obey his precept of nonviolence.

Islam is the only religion that has retained the outward and spiritual dimensions of fasting throughout the centuries.      Selfish motives and desires of the base self alienate a man from his Creator.      The most unruly human emotions are pride, avarice, gluttony, lust, envy, and anger.      These emotions by their nature are not easy to control, thus a person must strive hard to discipline them.      Muslims fast to purify their soul, it puts a bridle on the most uncontrolled, savage human emotions.      People have gone to two extremes with regard to them.      Some let these emotions steer their life which lead to barbarism among the ancients, and crass materialism of consumer cultures in modern times.      Others tried to deprive themselves completely of these human traits, which in turn led to monasticism.

The fourth Pillar of Islam, the Fast of Ramadan, occurs once each year during the 9th lunar month, the month of Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar in which:

“…the Quran was sent down as a guidance for the people.    ” (Quran 2:185)

God in His infinite mercy has exempt the ill, travelers, and others who are unable  from fasting Ramadan.

Fasting helps Muslims develop self-control, gain a better understanding of God’s gifts and greater compassion towards the deprived.      Fasting in Islam involves abstaining from all bodily pleasures between dawn and sunset.      Not only is food forbidden, but also any sexual activity.      All things which are regarded as prohibited is even more so in this month, due to its sacredness.      Each and every moment during the fast, a person suppresses their passions and desires in loving obedience to God.      This consciousness of duty and the spirit of patience

helps in strengthening our faith.      Fasting helps a person gain self-control.      A person who abstains from permissible things like food and drink is likely to feel conscious of his sins.      A heightened sense of spirituality helps break the habits of lying, staring with lust at the opposite sex, gossiping, and wasting time.      Staying hungry and thirsty for just a day’s portion makes one feel the misery of the 800 million who go hungry or the one in ten households in the US, for example, that are living with hunger or are at risk of hunger.      After all, why would anyone care about starvation if one has never felt its pangs oneself?  One can see why Ramadan is also a month of charity and giving.

Abdulah b.    Abbas, said:
“The Prophet was the most generous of people, and he was even more generous in Ramadan.   ” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
In order to increase in their good deeds, some Muslims choose to offer their Zakaah[1], or obligatory annual charity, in this month as well.

Private Devotion
There is a special type of worship in Islam in which one devotes himself to the mosque for a period of time, whether it be for a day or a week, and spends his time in reciting the Quran and mentioning praises of God, again a training for having a person becoming accustomed to living a life revolved around the worship of God.    In secluding oneself from one’s daily routine and indulging in the worship of God, he learns to prioritize his life and give less worth to the life of this world.    The Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, himself would practice this act of devotion, called I’tikaaf, during the last ten days of Ramadan.    He would pitch a tent in the mosque and seclude himself in it, busying himself in various types of individual worship.

Muslims around the world take leave from their work or school and try to fulfill this act of worship, but because of its difficulty, as it entails a type of cutting off from daily life, few people do so.    None the less, the majority of the congregational mosques do have a few people who take to this worship.
Conclusion
As one can see, Ramadan is indeed a very special time for Muslims around the world.    It is a month of worship in which sinners repent and return to God, and the believer rejuvenate their faith.    It is a training period in which one becomes accustomed to leading a life in accordance to the commands of God and seeking His Pleasure.    It is a time when one strengthens their relationship with their Creator.

It is a time when one trains himself to do extra acts of worship in addition to the obligatory.    The month of Ramadan is one which has no match, and the feelings Muslims have in this month are unexplainable.    For this reason, the companions of the Prophet would ask God to give them the blessing to experience Ramadan six months before its arrival, and for six months after its departure, they would seek forgiveness from God for their shortcomings in it.    We ask God to accept the Muslims fasting and praying in this blessed month, and to give others the guidance to be able to fast it as Muslims.

How to Plan your Ramadhaan the Best Way by Dr Zakir Naik youtube

There is this story about an Egyptian whose Doctor prescribed to him some medication in order to prepare him before he gets operated on, to rid him off certain tumor in his stomach.   When he realized that the medication would prevent him from fasting, which it was about to begin, he became so sad and then gave his trust to Allah by fasting, with the hope that Allah will cure him.

Lo and behold, a miracle happened! This man went back to his doctor after Ramadan and the doctor examined him and he realized that, the tumor that he supposed to operate him and removed was nowhere to be found, and he told him about it, and the man then revealed to the Doctor that, perhaps he was cured because he fasted, and the doctor admitted to him the medical advantages of fasting, confirming what the Qur'an says.
Consider the Eleven Basic Medical Benefits of Fasting

A medical expert, Dr.   Cinque summarizes it all very well below:
1.   Fasting promotes detoxification.   As the body breaks down its fat reserves, it mobilizes and eliminates stored toxins.
2.   Fasting gives the digestive system a much-needed rest.   After fasting, both digestion and elimination are invigorated.

3.   Fasting promotes the resolution of inflammatory processes, such as in rheumatoid arthritis.
4.   Fasting quiets allergic reactions, including asthma and hay fever.
5.   Fasting promotes the drying up of abnormal fluid accumulations, such as edema in the ankles and legs and swelling in the abdomen.

6.   Fasting corrects high blood pressure without drugs.   Fasting will normalize blood pressure in the vast majority of cases, the blood pressure will remain low after the fast, if the person follows a health-supporting diet and lifestyle.

7.   Fasting makes it easy to overcome bad habits and addictions.   Many people have overcome tobacco and alcohol addictions by fasting, and even drug addictions.   Fasting rapidly dissipates the craving for nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and other drugs.

8.   Fasting clears the skin and whitens the eyes.   It is common to see skin eruptions clear while fasting, and the whites of the eyes never look so clear and bright as they do after fasting.
9.   Fasting restores taste appreciation for wholesome natural foods.   People say that their taste buds come alive after fasting and that food never tasted so good.

10.   Fasting is the perfect gateway to a healthful diet and lifestyle.   Going on a fast gives you the motivation and enthusiasm to make a fresh start.
11.   Fasting initiates rapid weight loss with little or no hunger.   Most people are surprised at how little desire for food they have while fasting.

The Name Ramadan

The word Ramadan comes from the noun Ramad, which refers to "the reflected heat of stones resulting from the intense heat of the sun. "
When the Arabs changed the names of the months from their ancient names, they renamed them according to the seasons in which they happened to fall.
The ninth month, which used to be called Natiq, fell during the summer, the time of extreme heat, which is why it was named Ramadan.  [15]

 Significance of Ramadan

Naturally, the fact that Ramadan was in the summer has no relation to why this month was chosen by Allah as the month for fasting.
Since Muslims follow the lunar calendar, the month of Ramadan will occur in all the seasons at least twice in each person's lifetime.  God clearly stated the reason for choosing this month in the Quran.
He said: "Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as guidance and clarification to humankind, and a distinction between right and wrong.  So, whoever from among you witnesses the month should fast it. " (2: 185)
The significance of Ramadan lies in the fact that the revelation of the Quran began in that month.
For this reason, Ramadan is often called the month of the Quran and Muslims try to spend much of their waking hours reading from the Holy Book throughout the month.

 Religious Seclusion (I'tikaf)

During the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to seclude himself in the mosque, in order to increase the intensity of his worship and the benefits of the fast prior to the ending of the month.

Children are special people.             They have their own identity.             Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (  peace be upon him) showed this through his behavior.             He loved children and was always compassionate and merciful towards them.             He showed his affection for them in many ways.             He hugged them and patted them on the back.             He touched their
heads, combing their hair with his fingers.

He liked to hold little children in his arms.             He made funny faces (like pulling his tongue out) to please them.             When lying down he seated them on his legs or chest.

The Prophet Muhammad (  peace be upon him) loved to play with children.             He made them stand in a straight line, then he himself stood at a distance, spread his hands and told the children, “Come running to me.             Whoever touches me first will get a prize,” they would all come, running and breathless.             When they reached the Prophet (  peace be upon him), they would fall all over him.             He enjoyed this sport, gave prizes of dates and sweets to the winners and hugged and kissed the participants.

He used to kiss children and loved them very much.             Once he was kissing children when a Bedouin came and said, "You love children very much.             I have ten children and I have never kissed one of them.            " Muhammad replied, "What can I do if God takes away love from you?".

The Prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) was always pleased to see parents loving and caressing their children.             He once said, “When Allah blesses people with children, and they give their children love and meet their parental obligation, Allah keeps them safe from the fires of Hell.            ”

Jabir bin Samra, one of his companions, reported an incident of his childhood.             "Once I offered the prayer with God's Messenger.             After the prayer, when he went towards his house, I went with him.             We were joined by more boys, and he kissed them all and me too.            " When Prophet Mohammad SAW was entering the town of Medinah, after emigrating from Makkah, some young girls of the Ansar were singing with joy in front of their houses.             When he passed by, he said, "O girls! You love me.            " All said, "Yes, O God's Messenger.            " Then he said, "I love you also.            ”

Yusuf bin Abdullah said that when he was born his parents took him to God's Messenger for his blessing; he suggested the name, Yusuf, and put him in his lap.             He patted him on the head and prayed for the
Blessings of God for him.            '

Whenever the Prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) passed by children, he tried to be the first to greet them and say “Assalaamu Alaikum.            ” When riding he would let children sit on his camel or donkey.

When children saw him, they came running.             He greeted them warmly, picked them up, hugged them and kissed them.             He loved giving them dates, fruits and sweets to eat.

In some prayers, the Prophet ( peace be upon him) read long Surahs.             But if he heard a baby crying, he would read a short Surah and say a short prayer.             This helped the mother to take care of her baby.

He used to get into the spirit of childish games in their company.             He would have fun with the children who had come back from Abyssinia and tried to speak in Abyssinian with them.             It was his practice to give lifts on his camel to children when he returned from journeys.

Among the instructions given before the conquest of Makkah, one of the important ones was not to harm any child.             Prophet  peace be upon him was worried for their safety and wellbeing even at a state of war.             This shows the compassion he had towards children no matter what the situation was.
Lessons from Seerah of Prophet  peace be upon him: Raising good
Children

Today we are inundated with masses of statistics, books, researches, psychological studies, and ‘notice of caution’ in relation on how to raise successful, happy children, children with great self-esteem, most productive adults and the alike.

In recent times access to all this information is just a ‘click’ away.             Needless to say each lesson taught us by The Prophet was a valuable one full of wisdom.             He educated us so as not to overlook even the smallest of things, He taught us the beauty incumbent in the ability to love, how to melt away all adversity with a merciful touch, and amongst many of the most wonderful things that He has taught us is that loving your child comes for free and simple.             We have described all that we could find on how to achieve outstanding results in raising good children now it is upon us to practice all that we have learnt and shape the humanity in the most beautiful way.

Express your love

Prophet Muhammad never held back his love for the children and always expressed his fondness to them.            He would pick up children in his arms, play with them, and kiss them.

He played with them and took such keen interest in them.            Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him),

Allah’s Messenger kissed Al-Hasan ibn `Ali while Al-Aqra` ibn Habis At-Tamim was sitting with him .            Al-Aqra` said, “I have ten children and have never kissed one of them.           ” The Prophet cast a look at him and said, “Whoever is not merciful to others will not be treated mercifully.           ” (Al-Bukhari)

In one hadith Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:

I went along with Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) at a time during the day but he did not talk to me and I did not talk to him until he reached the market of Banu Qainuqa`.            He came back to the tent of Fatimah and said, “Is the little chap (meaning Al-Hasan) there?” We were under the impression that his mother had detained him in order to bathe him and dress him and garland him with sweet garland.            Not much time had passed that he (Al-Hasan) came running until both of them embraced each other, thereupon Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “O Allah, I love him; love him and love one who loves him.           ” (Muslim)

Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), the servant of the Prophet, had another recollection:

I never saw anyone who was more compassionate towards children than Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).            His son Ibrahim was in the care of a wet nurse in the hills around Madinah.            He would go there, and we would go with him, and he would enter the house, pick up his son and kiss him, then come back.            (Muslim)

Give them importance

The above Ahadith also show how our Prophet used to give importance to children.           This makes children realize their worth.
Prophet  صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم also used to pay attention to children and their interests/hobbies so that they feel important

Anas bin Malik [ra] narrated: The Prophet used to mingle with us to the extent that he would say to the younger brother of mine, “O father of Umair! What did An Nughair [your sparrow] do?” [Muslim]

Strengthen their relationship with Allah

On the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas, we said: One day I was behind the Prophet and he said to me:

“Young man, I shall teach you some words [of advice]: Be mindful of Allah, and Allah will protect you.           Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you.           If you ask, ask of Allah; if you seek help, seek help of Allah.           Know that if that Nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, it would benefit you only with something that Allah had already prescribed for you, and that if they gather together to harm you with anything, they would harm you only with something Allah had already prescribed for you.           The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried”

Love all children above cast, creed or color

The Prophet’s love for children was not restricted to his children and grandchildren.           The scope of his mercy and affection embraced all children, and he showed the same interest and gentleness to other children.           Usamah ibn Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates:

Allah’s Messenger used to put me on (one of) his thighs and put Al-Hasan ibn `Ali on his other thigh, and then embrace us and say, “O Allah! Please be merciful to them, as I am merciful to them.          ” (Bukhari)

Being Patient and not hurting their feelings

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was always concerned about everyone’s thought and feeling.          The following hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) proves his thoughtful character:

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said, “(It happens that) I start the prayer intending to prolong it, but on hearing the cries of a child, I shorten the prayer because I know that the cries of the child will incite its mother’s passions.         ” (Al-Bukhari)

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was always patient and considerate with children and took great pain not to hurt their tender feelings.

Narrated Abu Qatadah: “The Messenger of Allah came towards us while carrying Umamah the daughter of Abi Al-`As (Prophet’s granddaughter) over his shoulder.          He prayed, and when he wanted to bow, he put her down, and when he stood up he lifted her up.         ” (Al-Bukhari)

In a another hadith, Narrated Umm Khalid:

I (the daughter of Khalid ibn Said) went to Allah’s Messenger with my father and I was wearing a yellow shirt.          Allah’s Messenger said, “Sanah, Sanah!” (`Abdullah, the narrator, said that sanah meant “good” in the Ethiopian language).          I then started playing with the seal of prophethood (between the Prophet’s shoulders) and my father rebuked me harshly for that.          Allah’s Messenger said, “Leave her.         ” The Prophet, then, invoked Allah to grant her a long life thrice.          (Al-Bukhari)

A companion, recalling his childhood, said, "In my childhood I used to fell dates by throwing stones at palm trees.          Somebody took me to the Prophet who advised me to pick up the dates lying on the ground but not to fell them with stones.          He then patted me and blessed me.         " (Abu Dawud)

Making life fun for them also makes it worthwhile

Mahmood bin Rabi (RA) narrated: When I was a boy of five, I remember The Prophet took water from a bucket in his mouth and sprinkled it on my face.

Unmatched Tolerance

The Prophet’s tolerance towards children was unmatched.         It is clear from this Hadith:

Narrated `A’ishah (RA): The Prophet took a child in his lap … and then the child urinated on him, so he asked for water and poured it over the place of the urine.         (Al-Bukhari)

If the child fails they must not feel a failure

Prophet  صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم used to teach children that failure doesn't exist.         Narrated Anas (RA):

I served The Prophet for ten years, and he never said to me, "Uf" (a minor harsh word denoting impatience) and never blamed me by saying, "Why did you do so or why didn't you do so?" [Bukhari Kitab Al-Adab]

In a similar hadith Anas RA reported:

"I served him for nine years, but I do not know that he ever said to me about anything I did, why I did that, or about
anything I had neglected, why I had not done that.        " (Muslim)

We must also become a mentor and help the child believe in his or her ability to succeed no matter how long it takes!

Ignoring inappropriate behaviors

Many of the inappropriate behaviors of young children can simply be ignored or disregarded.         The Prophet is our best example in this regard.

Anas bin Malik RA said: "The Messenger of Allah had the best disposition among people.         One day he sent me on an errand and I said, 'By Allah, I will not go,' but it was in my mind that I would do as the Messenger of Allah had ordered me.         I went until I came upon children playing in the street.         Then the Messenger of Allah arrived and he caught me by the back of my neck from behind.         As I looked at him, I found him smiling, and he said, `Unays
(nickname of Anas), did you go where I asked you to go'?' I said, `O Messenger of Allah, yes, I am going.        "'

Treatment of equality

Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم made emphasized that Muslims should be conscious totreat their sons and daughters justly:

“Fear Allah and treat your children [small or grown] fairly (with equal justice).       ” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Listening to what they have to say

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم used to give them attention.        Whenever they had something to say to them he used to listen intently and not turn his face away from them.

No compromise on personality building

The love and affection for children that was displayed by the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was not restricted to gestures only.        Rather he made efforts in grooming the children’s personalities and making them a responsible member of the society.

He used to take children to gatherings and let them sit with grown-ups to increase their understanding and wisdom.        The followers of the prophet used to bring their children with them when they went and sat with the Prophet.        One of the hadith that describe this was narrated by Mu’aawiyah ibn Qurrah from his father, who said:
"The Prophet used to sit with a group of his Companions.        One man had his little son with him; the prophet would bring the child from behind and make him sit in front of him…"

He used to teach them good manners and etiquettes.        In a hadeeth narrated by Abu Hurayrah, Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم has said :
"The young should greet the old, the passerby should greet one who is sitting, and the small group should greet the larger group.       " (Al-Bukhaari, 5736).

He gave children the praise and respect they deserve in front of others.        This is made clear by the following hadeeth:
Sahl ibn Sa’d said that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was brought a cup and he drank from it.        There was a boy, the youngest of all the people, on his right and some elders on his left.        He said, "O young boy, will you allow me to give this to these elders?" The boy said, "I will not give away my share of your blessings to anyone, O Messenger of Allaah," so he gave the cup to him.        (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 2180)

Islam builds a family in which prevails mutual respect and care.       Parents and children in Islam are bound together by mutual obligations and reciprocal arrangements.       Allaah Says (what means): “…No mother should be harmed through her child, and no father through his child…” [Quran 2: 233]

The Quran has made it compulsory for the child to treat his parents with all goodness and mercy.

Every Muslim must show goodness and mercy to his parents throughout their lives.       There is only one exception to this, and that is, if the parents ask their children to associate anything with Allaah and to commit sins, then the children must not obey their parents.       In all cases, the children must show love and gratitude to their parents.       They must always speak to them gently and respectfully.       They must try their best to make them happy, provided they do not disobey Allaah in the process.

Allaah says (what means): “But if they (both) strive with you to make you join in worship with me others of which you have no knowledge, then obey them not; but behave with them in the world kindly…” [Quran 31:15]

Being patient and tolerant with parents:

The children must take great care not to react to what their parents have to say.      If they say or do anything which is not liked or approved of by the children, then they must show patience and tolerance instead of giving vent to their anger.      The children must scrupulously try to refrain from disobeying their parents since the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) regarded this as one of the grave sins.

Supplicating for them:
Far from showing signs of displeasure, the children must pray for them saying, as Allaah teaches us in the verse (which means): "…My Lord and Sustainer! Be kind and have mercy on them as they cherished, nurtured and sustained me in childhood.     ” [Quran 17: 24]

We must continue praying for them even after they die.      Such prayer will be regarded as a continuous charity as the Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa salllam, told us.

The greater right of the mother:

The children must be kinder and more grateful to their mothers since they took greater pains in their upbringing.      That is why the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) emphasized that it is the mother who has the first claim on the child's care and attention.

Once a companion may Allaah be pleased with him asked the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) as to whom he should show more kindness.      The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) replied: "Your mother.     " He may Allaah be pleased with him asked who comes next and the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) again replied: "Your mother.     " He may Allaah be pleased with him asked the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) yet again who comes next.      The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) replied: “Your mother.     " When the companion may Allaah be pleased with him asked for the fourth time, only then did the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) reply: "Your father.     "

Recognizing their great status:

The Muslim should recognize the status of the parent and know his duties towards them.     The status of parents in Islam is a status which mankind had not known before.     Allaah Has placed the respect for the parents just one step below the belief in Allaah and true worship of Him.

Allaah says (what means): “And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment.     Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.    ” [Quran 17: 23]

The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) placed kindness and respect towards parents just after the prayer offered on time as the prayer is the foundation of Islam.

'Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood may Allaah be pleased with him said: “I asked the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) which deed is most liked by Allaah? He sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: ‘Prayer offered on time.    ’ I asked him: ‘Then what? He sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: ‘Kindness and respect towards parents.    ’…” [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]

Knowing the duties towards them:

It is also the duty of the child to provide for his parents, if he is able to do so.     The Quran sums up the whole matter in a master concept called Ihsaan, which denotes what is right, good and beautiful (i.    e.     showing to them kindness, compassion, gratitude, reverence and respect, praying for them and supporting them financially if they are in need.    )

Concluding, we mention a verse that shows the significance of obedience and gratitude due to parents: Allaah says (what means): “And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents.     His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years.     Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination.    ” [Quran 31:14]

- The night Prophet Mohammad (s.  a.  a.  w.  s.  ) was conceived by his parents, all the idols of Mecca were thrown down on the ground.   Angels cast the throne of Iblis (Satan) into the sea and Satan was tormented for forty days.

- The night our Prophet (s.  a.  a.  w.  s.  ) was born:

(a) The Palace of Qisra (King of Persia) trembled and its fourteen towers fell down.

(b) The flames of the fire-worshippers, the Majus (Zoroastrians) went out, though that fire had been burning for more than a thousand years, never extinguished.

- Prophet Muhammad's birth corresponds with the Year of the Elephant, which is named after the failed destruction of Mecca that year by the Aksumite King Abraha who had in his army many elephants.

- When Prophet Muhammad (s.  a.  a.  w.  s.  ) was either nine or twelve years old while accompanying a Meccans caravan to Syria, he met a Christian monk or hermit named Bahira who foretold Muhammad (s.  a.  a.  w.  s.  ) that he was going to be a prophet of God.

Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):

{Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts.        That is purer for them.        Indeed, Allaah is Acquainted with what they do.        And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their sons, their husbands’ sons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons, their sisters’ sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women.        And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment.        And turn to Allaah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.       } (Quran 24: 30-31)

In these verses, Allaah The Almighty orders the believing men and women to lower their gaze and guard their modesty for their own benefit and to attain greater purity.

According to the consensus of the scholars, the purity mentioned in these verses is the purity from sins.        However, in the modern context, purity may also mean guarding against the harmful diseases which may afflict a person as a result of not following the commands of Allaah The Almighty.        Besides, it could also mean both purity from sins and guard against diseases .

The Prophet, , has said that directing a look at non-Mahram (marriageable) women is like a poisoned arrow.

This means that it is very dangerous and could lead to widespread Fitnah (trial).

From the scientific and physiological point of view, the act of looking or gazing upon non-Mahram women sets off a complex process of hormonal stimulation and release, and prepares the body and the sex organs for the process of sexual intercourse.

It is well known that the effects of stimulating sexual desire through unnatural or prohibited means has numerous harmful effects on the mind and body.

Islam has warned us against unlawfully stimulating these hormones through the words of the Prophet, .        The chief Islamic injunctions in this regard are:

•    To lower one's gaze and not look upon non-Mahram women.

•    Women should not display their beauty in front of non-Mahram men or wear perfume when they go outdoors.

•    Non-Mahram men and women are prohibited from staying in the same room together in seclusion or coming in close contact.

•    Early marriage is recommended for both men and women if they can afford it.

•   Fasting is a means to control one's illegitimate desires if one cannot afford marriage.

•   Women should not refuse when their husband asks for conjugal relations, because this mean that the sex hormones that trigger physiological responses will continue circulating in his body and may cause harm.

•  To wash oneself after an conjugal relations, as this has a calming effect on the body.

Harmful effects of unlawful sexual stimulation

The drawbacks mentioned here are based on observation and experience :

Effects on the Skin

•  Increased body odor and increased secretion from the sweat glands -- especially from the feet, axilla and palms.

•  Increased secretion from the ano-rectal gland where special sweat glands called sudoriferous glands are located.        This area is also the site of frequent inflammation and the formation of abscesses, since these glands are active in early puberty.        In some animals, these glands secrete odoriferous substances during the mating season.

• Inflammation of the sebaceous glands on the face causes acne which is caused by infection of the skin by bacteria.

• The sweat glands around the anus are also affected resulting in their inflammation and the formation of peri-anal abscesses.

Effect on the Central Nervous System:

•  Sex hormones causes lethargy and unexplained heaviness in the head or headaches.

• There may be heaviness or burning sensation in the peripheral nerves especially in the palms and feet and the tongue may feel dry and difficult to move inside the mouth.        This condition is called peripheral neuropathy.

Effect on the joints:

Certain hormones affect the synovial fluid in the joints -- especially large joints like the knee and hip joint affecting joint movement.        This could result from two factors:

•  A change in the viscosity of the synovial fluid in these joints which reduces the articular cartilage nourishment and increases friction.

• The second is the increased tightness of the surrounding ligaments which lead to an increase in joint friction.

If the joints are already affected by mild osteoarthritis the effect on these result in a pseudogout syndrome.        In young girls they cause what is called anterior knee pain disease.

Effect on the cardiovascular system (CVS):

1-   They slow the heart rate due to their effect on the SA nodes directly.

2-   They cause dilatation of the peripheral veins.

3-   The bleeding time in the presence of these hormones is also longer than the normal.

4-   These hormones cause dilatation of the large and coronary arteries, at the same time cause constriction of the peripheral arteries resulting in the elevation of blood pressure.

The combination of these three factors (slow heart rate, venous dilatation, and altered bleeding/coagulation time) may result in conditions like deep vein thrombosis and Raynaud's phenomenon.

Effect on the Gastrointestinal System:

Impaired circulation leads to conditions like constipation, anal fissure, haemmorhoids and colonicdiverticular disease

The prostate is one of the organs, which is stimulated by these hormones and due to this constant stimulation it starts showing symptoms of prostatic hypertrophy.

Effect on Soft Tissue:

In certain conditions, the circulation of these hormones leading to thickening of the soft tissue and loss of tissue elasticity causing conditions like the Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

Many of the misconceptions rose against Islamic legislation claim that it is inadequate for the modern age.      For example, they claim that the verse "And divorced women shall await by themselves for three periods"

(Al Bakara 228)

is no longer applicable as medical analysis can easily tell if a woman is pregnant or not.      So, for them, there is no need to wait three periods to be sure.

Latest studies refuted this misconception discovering that semen contains 62 types of proteins, and those proteins formula changes from man to man.      So every man leaves some kind of protein print into his wife's womb.      If a woman marries directly after divorce, she might get uterine cancer as a result of the existence of more than one protein print in the womb.      Studies also showed that the first menstruation after divorce eliminates 32% to 35% of that print, the second menstruation eliminates up to the range from 67% to 72% and the third eliminates up to 99.     9% and only then a womb gets ready to receive a new protein print.

Considering widows, Almighty Allah says: " And the ones of you who are taken up, (i.     e.     , those who die) and leave behind (them) spouses, (the spouses) (i.     e.     , the widows.      The following verb is in the feminine plural) shall await by themselves for four months and ten (days)" (Al Bakara 234).      Studies conclude that a widow's grief and depression makes the print more stuck to her womb and so she needs one more period to be completely eliminated just as Allah said.

In conclusion, all what we should do is to glorify Allah and reason the verse " And in your selves; do you then not behold?" (Ath-Tharyat 21)

become widespread and publicly known in certain people without them being overtaken by plague and disease that never happened to their ancestors who came before them
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:  “Never does sexual perversion become widespread and publicly known in certain people without them being overtaken by plague and disease that never happened to their ancestors who came before them.   ”(Reported by Ibn Majah.   )    He (peace be upon him) also said:  “Whenever adultery becomes a widespread phenomena among certain people, death will spread among them.   ”(Reported by Malik.   )

The Scientific Fact:
Modern science has shown us through the works of microbiologists during the last two centuries that there are certain bacteria, microbes, and viruses that are only transmitted through having sex in a perverted way like multiple relationships between men and women, sex between men and men

(sodomy), and between women and women (lesbianism).    The more such forms of perversion become rampant, the more plagues and diseases hit the society since these microbes become resistant to treatment.    Moreover, the human body will fail to combat them due to its weak immunity and the change of the properties of such organisms.

Sex issues are in chatting rooms

In a new study, American researchers believe that growing numbers of married people are turning to internet chat rooms for sexual thrills.

Most spouses who got involved with the opposite sex over the internet did not think they were doing anything wrong, said the report by a University of Florida researcher. But partners felt betrayed even though in most cases no physical contact had taken place.

"The internet will soon become the most common form of infidelity, if it isn't already," said Beatriz Mileham, from the University of Florida, who carried out the new study.

According to counseling groups in the US, Chat rooms are today the fastest rising cause of relationship breakdowns.

“The problem would get worse as the number of people online continued to rise” said MsMileham.

Researchers found that most people ventured into the chat rooms because of boredom, a partner's lack of sexual interest, or a desire for variety and fun.

The study found that what often started out as just friendly chat turned into something much more serious.

"We are hearing from therapists around the country reporting online sexual activity to be a major cause of marital problems," said Al Cooper, author of the book, Sex and the Internet: A Guidebook for Clinicians.

"We need to better understand the contributing factors if we are going to be able to warn people about the slippery slope that starts with online flirting and too often ends in divorce.  “Added AL cooper.

The benefits of dates include relief from constipation, intestinal disorders, heart problems, anemia,  sexual dysfunction, diarrhea, abdominal cancer, and many other conditions.       Dates are good for gaining weight also.       Dates are rich in several vitamins, minerals and fiber too.       These delicious fruits contain oil, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for health.       Some health spe...ts have said that eating one day per day is necessary for a balanced and healthy diet.

The massive health benefits of dates have made them one of the best ingredients for muscle development.       People consume dates in several ways, such as mixing the paste of the dates with milk, yogurt or with bread or butter to make them even more delicious.       The paste is beneficial for both adults and children, especially during a time of recovery from injury or illness.

Dates

According to a modern medical survey, it is now accepted that dates are useful in preventing abdominal cancer.       Many Muslims break their fast by eating dates and water according to their cultural traditions.       Breaking fast by eating dates helps avoid overeating of food after the fast is finished.       When the body begins to absorb the high nutritional value of the dates, feelings of hunger are pacified.       Also, the nervous system can get a lot of help from consuming dates, since they have such significant amounts of potassium.

Dates are one of the very best sweet and versatile foods that can regulate the digestive process.       It can significantly boost energy levels in people within half an hour of consuming it.       The American Cancer Society recommends an intake of 20-35 grams of dietary fiber per day, which can be supplied through dates.       It is also said that taking one date per a day will help you to maintain your eye health all your life.       They are commonly known to be quite effective in guarding against the problem of night blindness.
Nutritional Value of Dates

Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals.       Its a good source of energy, sugar and fiber.       Essential minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc are found in dates.        It also contains vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin A and vitamin K.

Health Benefits of Dates

Constipation: Dates are often categorized as a laxative food.       This is why dates are so frequently eaten by people suffering from constipation.       In order to achieve the desired laxative effect of dates, you should soak them in water over night.       Then, eat the soaked dates in the morning like syrup to get the most optimal results.       Dates have high levels of soluble fiber, which is essential in promoting healthy bowel movements and the comfortable passage of food through the intestinal tract, which can relieve symptoms of constipation.

Bone Health and Strength: The significant amounts of minerals found in dates make it a super food for strengthening bones and fighting off painful and debilitating diseases like osteoporosis.       Dates contain selenium, manganese, copper, and magnesium, all of which are integral to healthy bone development and strength, particularly as people begin to age and their bones gradually weaken.       So, eat your dates and give a boost to your bones!

Intestinal Disorders: The nicotine content in dates is thought to be beneficial for curing many kinds of intestinal disorders.       Continuous intake of dates helps to inhibit growth of the pathological organisms and thus, they help stimulate the growth of friendly bacteria in the intestines.       In terms of digestive issues, dates contain those insoluble and soluble fibers, as well as many beneficial amino acids which can stimulate the digestion of food and make it more efficient, meaning that more nutrients will be absorbed by the digestive tract and enter your body for proper usage.

Anemia: Dates have a high mineral content, which is beneficial for many different health conditions, but their impressive levels of iron make them a perfect dietary supplement for people suffering from anemia.       The high level of iron balances out the inherent lack of iron in anemic patients, increasing energy and strength, while decreasing feelings of fatigue and sluggishness.

Allergies: One of the most interesting facets of dates is the presence of organic sulfur in them.       This is not a very common element to find in foods, but it does have a worthwhile amount of health benefits, including the reduction of allergic reactions and seasonal allergies.       According to a study done in 2002, organic sulfur compounds can have a positive impact on the amount of suffering people experience from SAR (Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis), which affects approximately 23 million people in the United States alone.       Dates are a great way to somewhat stem the effects of those seasonal allergies through its contributions of sulfur to the diet.

Weight Gain: Dates should be included as a  part of a healthy diet.       They consist of sugar, proteins and many essential vitamins.       If dates are consumed with cucumber paste, you can also keep your weight at a normal, balanced level, rather than over-slimming.       One kilogram of dates contains almost 3,000 calories, and the calories in dates are sufficient to meet the daily requirements for a human body.       Of course, you should not eat just dates throughout the day.       If you are thin and slim and want to increase your weight, or if you are trying to build your muscles to impress some girl, or you have become weak due to a serious medical problem – you need to eat dates!

Energy Booster: Dates are high in natural sugars like glucose, fructose, and sucrose.       Therefore, they are the perfect snack for an immediate burst of energy.       Many people around the world use dates for a quick afternoon snack when they are feeling lethargic or sluggish.

Nervous System Health: The vitamins present in dates make it an ideal boost to nervous system health and functionality.       Potassium is one of the prime ingredients in promoting a healthy and responsive nervous system, and it also improves the speed and alertness of brain activity.       Therefore, dates are a wonderful food source for people as they begin to age and their nervous system becomes sluggish or unsupported, as well as for people who want to keep their mind sharp.

Dates

Healthy Heart: Dates are quite helpful in keeping your heart healthy.       When they are soaked for the night, crushed in the morning and then consumed, they have been shown to have a positive effect on weak hearts.       Dates are also a rich source of potassium, which studies have shown to reduce the risk of stroke and other heart related diseases.       Furthermore, they are suggested as a healthy and delicious way to reduce the levels of LDL cholesterol in the body, which is a major contributing factor heart attacks, heart disease, and stroke.       Therefore, when taken twice a week, dates can seriously improve the overall health of the heart.

Sexual Weakness: Studies have shown that dates are even beneficial for increasing sexual stamina.       Soak a handful of dates in fresh goat’s milk over night, then grind them in the same milk with a mixture of cardamom powder and honey.       This mixture becomes a very useful tonic for increasing sexual endurance and reducing sterility caused by various sexual disorders.       The science behind this phenomenon is largely due to traditional usage which stimulated formal research.       In 2006, Bahmanpour studied the effects of date palms and their oil on sexual functioning and found that the high levels of estradiol and flavonoid components of dates are what increase sperm count and motility, as well as promoting increased testes size and weight.       So, if you are looking for a masculine boost, eat some dates, because they are a great natural aphrodisiac!

Night Blindness: The benefits of dates are extensive, and are commonly employed to fight off various conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat.       When the leaves of the date palm are ground into a paste and rubbed on and around the eyes, or when dates are ingested orally, it has been shown to reduce the frequency of night blindness, and this solution is commonly used in rural areas where dates grow as an alternative medicine.

Intoxication: Dates are commonly used as a remedy for alcoholic intoxication.       Dates provide quick relief and have a sobering effect in case you feel as though have consumed an uncomfortable amount of alcohol.       They can also be used the following morning to prevent severe hangovers.       Again, they should be rubbed and soaked overnight for the best results.

Diarrhea: Ripe dates contain potassium, which is known as an effective way of controlling diarrhea.       They are also easy to digest, which further helps alleviate the unpredictable nature of chronic diarrhea.       The soluble fiber in dates can also help relieve diarrhea, by providing bulk to the bowel movements and promoting normal, healthy functioning of the excretory system.

Abdominal Cancer: Research has pointed towards dates being a legitimate way to reduce the risk and impact of abdominal cancer.       They work as a useful tonic for all age groups, and in some cases, they work better than traditional medicines, and are natural, so they don’t have any negative side effects on the human body.       They can be quickly and easily digested for a quick boost of energy.

Although dates carry tremendous nutritional values, great care should be taken in their selection because their surface is very sticky, which often attracts various impurities.       Therefore, you should only consume dates that are processed and packaged properly.       Also, make sure to wash them thoroughly before you eat them, as this will help remove the impurities present on the surface.

VEGETABLES MENTIONED IN THE QUR'AN
And when you said, 'Musa, we will not put up with just one kind of food so ask your Lord to supply to us some of what the earth produces – its herbs, cucumbers, garlic, lentils and onions,' he said, 'Do you want to replace what is better with what is inferior? Go back to Egypt, then you will have what you are asking for.   ' Abasement and destitution were stamped upon them.    They brought down anger from Allah upon themselves.    That was because they rejected Allah's Signs and killed the Prophets without any right to do so.    That was because they rebelled and went beyond the limits.    (Surat al-Baqara, 61)
TREES
It is He Who sends down water from the sky.    From it you drink and from it come the trees among which you graze your herds.    (Surat an-Nahl, 10)
Your Lord revealed to the bees: 'Build dwellings in the mountains and the trees, and also in the structures which men erect.    (Surat an-Nahl, 68)
He said, 'It is my staff.    I lean on it and beat down leaves for my sheep with it and have other uses for it.   ' (Surah Ta Ha, 18)
Do you not see that everyone in the heavens and everyone on the earth prostrates to Allah, and the sun and moon and stars and the mountains, trees and beasts and many of mankind? But many of them inevitably merit punishment.    Those Allah humiliates will have no one to honour them.    Allah does whatever He wills.    (Surat al-Hajj, 18)
But when he reached it a voice called out to him from the right hand side of the valley in the part which was full of blessing, from out of the tree: 'Musa, I am Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.    (Surat al-Qasas, 30)
So he enticed them to do it by means of trickery.    Then when they tasted the tree, their private parts were disclosed to them and they started stitching together the leaves of the Garden in order to cover themselves.    Their Lord called out to them, 'Did I not forbid you this tree and say to you, "Satan is an outright enemy to you"?' (Surat al-A'raf, 22)

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.   The metaphor of His Light is that of a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp inside a glass, the glass like a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east nor of the west, its oil all but giving off light even if no fire touches it.   Light upon Light.   Allah guides to His Light whoever He wills and Allah makes metaphors for mankind and Allah has knowledge of all things.   (Surat an-Nur, 35)
Plants Used in Metaphors in the Qur'an
The metaphor of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah is that of a grain which produces seven ears; in every ear there are a hundred grains.   Allah gives such multiplied increase to whoever He wills.   Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.   (Surat al-Baqara, 261)
Good land yields up its plants by its Lord's permission, but that which is bad only yields up scantily.   In this way We vary the Signs for people who are thankful.   (Surat al-A'raf, 58)
Those Having Healing Properties
Shake the trunk of the palm towards you and fresh, ripe dates will drop down onto you.   Eat and drink and delight your eyes.  .  .   (Surah Maryam, 25-26)

And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another.   (Surat al-Waqi'a, 29)
Amid thornless lote-trees (Surat al-Waqi'a, 28)
PLANTS IN HELL
Thorny Bush
They have no food but a bitter thorny bush.   (Surat al-Ghashiyya, 6)
Zaqqum
Is that better by way of hospitality or the tree of Zaqqum? (Surat as-Saffat, 62)
The Tree of az-Zaqqum is the food of the wicked, seething in the belly like molten brass, as boiling water bubbles and seethes.   (Surat ad-Dukhan, 43-46)
Then you, you misguided, you deniers will eat from the tree of Zaqqum.   (Surat al-Waqi'a, 51-52)

take 7 dates in the morning
It was very weird that western physicians who treat their patients by fasting advise them by taking the natural sugar in fruits and water when breaking the fast .  And when we know that dates contain a high ratio of such easily-absorbed sugar then dates and water are the best nutriments for fasters.

Here we remember the Hadith of our prophet (PBUH): (When any of you breaks his fasting he should eat dates cause dates are blessing, if he didn't find dates then drink water cause water is purifying) [Narrated by Abo Dawood] .  Here we see that the prophet (PBUH) showed us the principles of effective fasting, by eating dates and drinking water at breakfast centuries before Westerns.

An Ideal Nutriment for Fasters

The prophetic wisdom out of having Dates for breakfast might be reduce the hunger and consequently, reduce the amounts of food consumed; therefore the fasting will be effective and useful.  And if we remember that fasting consider the best weapon to excise toxics out of the body, then having dates (toxin-resistive) when you break your fast represent a real integrated treatment against weakness and fatigue resulted from the accumulation of toxic chemicals and heavy metals in the cells of the body.

if you are feeling weak, don't hesitate to take 7 dates in the morning as the prophet (PBUH) recommended.  those Seven dates weigh around 70 gm, so if you take them, then you actually took 70 milligrams of calcium-which is very useful for the bones, joints and nerves, 35 milligrams of phosphorus which is nutritious to the brain and 7 milligrams of iron which is strengthens the body in general and the heart in particular.
