Triumphant Gate’s subscribers get allocation papers

A REAL estate investment and development company, Messrs Triumphant Gate Company Limited, has kick-started construction work on a mixed development at its 25-hectare land in Isheri Ibafon corridor, Ifo Local Government Area, Ogun State.

The project christened Elizabeth Park comprises of a site and services scheme and various housing types. A total of 150 units are planned in the area while some plots have been reserved for recreational public zone and commercial facilities.

As part of the plan to launch physical development on the site, a senior official of the firm held discussions with individual allottees recently and also presented allocation papers them.

The programme was attended by one of the directors of the company, Pastor Kunle Olusanya and Mr. Toyin Folayan, of RJVM Investments.

The Managing Director, Triumphant Gate, Mr. Peter Ubuwere, allayed the fears of the subscribers on the flooding that hit some parts of Ogun State property development corridors and assured that the state government has begun a remedial measure such as creating water channels as a means of halting future occurrence.

He disclosed that the company has set up a building committee to pilot the infrastructure development and plans to build perimeter fencing, road network and borehole.

Ubuwere said four soil engineers have been hired to provide samples of soil quality, which would guide housing development at the estate.

He added that the company has introduced a short-term investment scheme tagged multidimensional reality investment. The scheme enables the firm to allocate plots of land at complete deposit of investor’s equity contribution while investors recoup their capital outlay at the expiration of the investment plan.
